Well received, spoke fluent Flemish and French what I found beautiful. You could easily get cycling at Lake Butgenbach, walking and cycling nearby, too, no fault !!!! .

Beautiful holiday with many opportunities for young and old (12 persons between 3 and 60j), spacious living and dining area with new kitchen. Bakery and playground at the gates. Good base for cyclists (nodes) and hikers. Friendly owner speaks fluent Dutch.

Very nice and nice accommodation. Both young and old have a great time. Villa has recently been renovated and looks great. There also appeared to be an extra bathroom on the first floor (total of 3 units now). Arrival was good, hostess speaks Dutch and everything was arranged quickly. The only thing that needs attention is the beds, which really need updating. With most you are really in a pit.

On arrival we were well received by a very nice and friendly lady. We also found it very nice that they also speak Dutch. Accommodation was clean and tidy looked very good. Was a quiet area.

Good coordination on the day of arrival with the owner. Very flexible arrangements for check-in and keys. We immediately felt very welcome. The house was just renovated, beautiful. But luxury than we hoped for. Something for every age, with all conveniences. Very nice garden, nice big rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Teens happy with large TV Wi-Fi Netflix and playstation, adults happy with billiard table and sauna, smaller children happy with toys, swings and slide. Actually only 1 very small improvement point we found it awkward that cutlery and crockery were not in the kitchen but in the dining room. Especially when cooking we got it wrong. Big thanks for the hospitality!

The photo on the website is wrong is right next door and the driveway to the house of the landlord is gedeeld.De backyard is quite deep, but fully fenced with high beukenhaag.Daarachter is a large garden where no use can be made.

Super clean, well equipped and spacious house - a pretty unique feature was the giant couch corner where we could sit with 15 people together! The communication with the host was nice and efficient. So we had an amazing time and would love to come back!

Very good and friendly reception where everything from the house was clearly explained and we enjoyed spending 2 nights with 7 adults and 8 kids. The owner stays with her family in the house next door and can quickly and easily be reached by telephone, even if they are on the road. Beautiful surroundings with the lake very close (wonderful with the warm weather) and rivers with nice walking route for us and the kids. the BBQ use made in the back of the garden with the outdoor table to eat there, was great! Kids have a good time in and around the house with games, table football and hide and seek. Adults with petanque, pool billiard and a nice sauna. A must with good price-quality ratio.

On arrival there was unfortunately no one to receive us at first, this person came 2 hours later still neatly along and has explained us everything well and clearly, hospitable and friendly. Minus was that the deposit had to be paid directly and in cash while we were actually busy with dinner, in this I unfortunately lacked flexibility. Furthermore, a very nice and generally very nice house with nice extras. Many enjoyed the table football, unfortunately the cues of the pool table were hardly usable.

We had a fantastic family weekend in Butgenbach. It is a nice house, both for adults and children with all the comfort you can expect. Lots of fun things to do in the area. The lake is 5km from the house.

A very nice house in a beautiful area. The house was very spacious, clean and fully equipped. Especially the pool table in the recreation room was frequently used by our group. The contact with the landlord was pleasant.

Beautiful and peaceful environment. Being able to quietly find our place in the house and then receive an explanation about the devices and house rules. Because the weather was warm we went to a reservoir a few kilometers away.
