We had a great vacation in this spacious and tastefully furnished holiday. The kitchen is of good quality, large quantity of plates, cups and glasses (sadly no glasses!). There were some more smaller pan neatly. In fine weather, the terrace followed by the large garden with swings, blissful for families with children. Pity there is no direct connection between the house and the terrace garden.

A nice house with 4 bedrooms, two badcellen and a sauna. We were 6 adults and 4 kids and it was fine to do. Good beds and good kinderledikant.Het terrace and the garden behind the house are great. We had beautiful weather and then its terrace and garden ideal for children. Every day we ate outside on the terrace. There is also plenty to do in the surroundings: hiking, cycling and various possibilities for excursions, such as to a zoo, a ruin and Plopsaland.

We had a great holiday in Haus Annick with the family. Good reception by the owners. Nice clean house with many rooms. Lovely large garden / lawn where you can play football and rocking. Also a fine conservatory where you can relax, darts, football, bbq and etc. A fine house where you can make fun in and around the house. Friendly owner who quickly present if you have questions. Shame there is no freezer is available. In the area to do with a family / group visits as visiting the caves, rail bike and towns. Fun / varied activities

If you want to get out of the kitchen, you have to constantly go up and down the stairs, especially if you have difficulty walking. (Terrace is about 30m from the kitchen.) Only there is a problem with the drains. The water in the sinks, showers do not drain well and the toilet smells like the sewer.

Excellent location, excellent facilities in house and outside. All messages are necessary to get bakery at 7 am (not every day) in the village. Good food in hotel within walking distance. Very welcoming and helpful owner. Marked trails. Recommended!

The house is lovely in size. Normally sufficient for about 10 people, so we had more than enough space. 2 + 2 small children 10 is metname krapjes the living room. Actually, everything is already said in previous reviews. For the very large garden to get a lower floor needs to be gone out because the back is now once more than two meters lower than the front door. The beds are fine, the showers more than excellent. The energy usage is high, even in the summer. Consume something in the house (boiler?) But as 20kWh per day and that at 38 cents per kwh. The region (German-speaking), we found nice but personally less attractive than, say, the area around Spa. Nidrum is 600 meters high, but on a plain. It is all false flat or at most a few tens of meters in height. For high ascending slopes with coniferous you're in the wrong piece Ardennes. the house is very worthwhile, clean, big, much space. We sat there with 7 people and there are 2 more people come along, plenty of room for all. The house is well to heat and sauna for every lover delicious! In the surroundings you have several ski / sled areas for young and old to do good zijn.De owners are very nice and even brought us a huge vispakket New Year's Eve we have eaten delicious! In the summer you can use the garden fixed intensively but with a homemade toboggan we have a lot of fun.

perfect home to stay with small group. perfect garden beds. We found the room cramped for some 10 people (6 adults and 4 children). sanitary neat, good condition and clean. Sauna room we found a little less quality. The only thing missing was a cheese slicer (cheeseheads) but the owner has undertook to buy!

Haus Annick is a nice big house with a group of adults and children with good can stay. The house is fully equipped for all ages. This property is especially recommended. Situated on the outskirts of the village, a kleine150 meters from the bakery and a small supermarket. Contact with the owner was excellent, with problems quickly helped.

We have a weekend in Nidrum been enjoying the snow. It is a great location for ski trails to look, for example Weywirtz, Elsenborn or Botrange. The area is hilly with rivers, meadows and woods, very quiet. The property lived up to expectations. Spacious enough for 2 families, many bathrooms and of course the sauna! Well, the energy costs are obviously a bit disappointing, but we had a little into account.

The property is adequately equipped, comfortable beds, and play options (outside) toys available for the somewhat older children. To achieve the garden you can only walk around through the basement or completely from the front door. This is not practical with a twin 2.5 jaar.Bakker and shop nearby but closed for carnival week (end). 4 km you can find everything you need. Very friendly homeowner you can further help in all languages.

We have found a renovated and well-equipped detached holiday home with love. The children could romp in the spacious garden, while the parents / grandparents relaxing on the terrace. Rambles in the countryside or on the neighboring dairy farm or in the car to the nearby High Venn have made all the fun. Very nice and prompt care by the landlord on the spot. The house Annick we can recommend in good conscience!

Haus Annick is a little older, but well cared for home. We have stayed a week in the Easter holidays, and that's fine with the stay. Very clean, well equipped kitchen has everything you could wish for. Hiccups you can not go directly to the garden, but need a kick now and then by a number of cellars. Difficult as will a BBQ and you're eg forgotten something. Imagine not much of a gym before, because that is one of the basement rooms with two exercise bikes inside. But walking in the area is much more fun, so you do not need anyway

Nice big house with a pretty area surrounding. We had some misunderstanding with the host about the deposit. Fordi jeg allerede betalte mit depositum til Belvilla, men Hosten ønsket at depositumet. After a conformation call with belvilla it was all taken care off. We had a very nice stay.

A very pleasant stay in Haus had Annick. Lovely weather, so eating out can 'evening. The terrace is perfect for this, sit in the afternoon sun and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Plenty of privacy and the children could play happily in the garden.

Attractive house everything very clean, only some living too tight for 9 people, all equipped enough except beer glasses. only thing negative is that the terrace with playground and garden was only accessible through the basement or one had to walk around the front door and this is again dangerous with small children.
