The house was expected. Because of previous experiences in the past with Belvilla and good to have looked the description and photographs, we are staying with our family (2 adults. 3 children) as very positive the choice fall on this home.We. House is rustic, as well as furnishing and equipment. It is especially nice after a day of skiing to plop delicious in the bank, which I'm not much encountered in other homes. The ski area Matrei is recommended for young families, much better than Kals (other side mountain) from Matrei to the gondola to the mountain, and your children on top of the mountain class. This has the advantage that the whole day may come your children can have lunch together! All in all a very nice stay at the house and ski area, be sure to keep your back komen.Als of a modern house you should continue your search but if you love rustic and cozy you definitely have a good stay.

Arrival: was good, were too early but this was no problem. Accommodation: fine, only equipment old-fashioned and in need of replacement. Kitchen had bad pans! Cooking was difficult with so few pans. Photos of belvilla are old and need to be replaced, this to give a good picture. Was not a bath, but in the photo, was another sofa in the living room, less comfortable. This was the 2nd time in this house, last time the small apartment was very well liked and this time everything was perfect for each other. Lots of space, very nice contact with the homeowners and a great environment .. what does a man want meer.Om the house, children can play safely because the house on a busy road and the fast flowing river below the path is clear of the huis.Voor the children there are a number of play on the grass and even pets are welcome.

Two weeks have been wonderful holiday. Location is top notch and the house fine. Maybe slightly dated but we did not mind. For us a place where we definitely again go back to! Our kids (2.5 and 3 months) have entertained delicious!

This is a nice apartment for families with small children if they love nature. Quiet environment so children will be busy play outside without worrying about traffic. Very child friendly and more friendly landlords. We all enjoyed the area, walks and other outings. The whole area is a beautiful piece of nature. In this environment we will definitely go back.

We have our family had a good stay at home Angerer. The house is near the road from Lienz to Matrei, an ideal base for visiting the various valleys and lovely walks. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac, is now paved, and the children can play freely, without you worrying about cars "s or open water. The residence is a spacious floor dining room / kitchen, lounge and fine bedrooms. The mattresses we found bad, this would really be replaced. The managers are very easy and our children could enjoy themselves and have played with the 6 year old daughter, a sweet girl. We received a warm welcome and departure basket of goodies. If the mattresses are replaced, we will certainly come back!

A great base for a skiing holiday. By car you are quickly in Matrei, Kals and St. Jacob. The owners are friendly, but distant. Spacious floor, nice view, good beds, functional kitchen. The decor is simple but adequate. The TV first channel, functioned despite the presence of four different remotes. The kitchen equipment is quite varied. Under one window a pile of dead flies. We have had all in all a great week.

We had a great holiday in Matrei. The surroundings are breathtaking and there is much to do young and old. The East Tyrol Card is included and much affordable. Near the house is the river Isel where our children (25) were able to play in our vicinity. Regarding the property, we were expecting more. The enclosed garden is enclosed and very haggard. There needs to be further pruned and mowed. The play area are dirty and need replacing. The house was clean. Inside has been renovated in part. 2 bedrooms and bathroom have been updated. The other rooms such as the kitchen, living room, bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are outdated. The furniture, kitchen equipment and space on the balcony and the kitchen is not equipped for 8 people. We were happy with z 'n celebrating and could therefore save us. The Larcher family is friendly but distant. The photo "on this site does not give the whole reality. Time for new editors!
