Located on the ground floor, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a spacious living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and much more. The underfloor heating and parquet flooring provide a pleasant warmth in winter. The rooms are furnished with solid wood furniture and wooden shutters. A small garden with terrace, seating area and parasol invites you to relax or enjoy a cosy get-together - a small barbecue and sun loungers are also available.
In the underground garage 2 parking spaces are assigned to this apartment.

Summer:
Hiking and climbing enthusiasts know the advantages of Matrei. From here you can easily reach the Grossglockner, Großvenediger and numerous hiking and climbing routes
For family holidaymakers, the surrounding area offers exciting excursion destinations - from smaller hiking routes to horseback riding, high ropes course, rafting/canyoning and much more.
In summer, the heated outdoor pool of the complex is also popular for cooling off.
Winter
The extensive, family-friendly and snow-sure high alpine skiing area Großglockner Resort - Kals is directly accessible from Matrei and easily reached by ski bus
The ski bus leaves every 15 min from the market square (approx. 100m from the apartment) directly to the gondola. Alternatively, you can drive the 1.5km to the lift by car, there are plenty of parking spaces available. Best infrastructure - bakeries and butcher shops in the immediate vicinity (100-300m)
A heated ski room with ski boot dryer is also available.

comfortable holiday flat
The flat is very cosy, spacious and equipped with everything you could need. In a few steps you are at the pool, which you often have to yourself. In front of the flat door, you can go directly down the stairs into the parking garage and start with a cool car. The central location in Matrei is also very nice. You can quickly walk to the centre of the village to the butcher, baker, etc.. Nevertheless, you have a beautiful mountain panorama on the terrace and by the pool. From Matrei you can quickly reach the beautiful Innergschlöss as well as Lienz and other valleys. We would love to come here again.
