This beautiful apartment is in Fendels and is ideal for a small group. It can accommodate 8 guests and has 2 bedrooms. It has a balcony for you to enjoy and relax and central heating.
Ski lift lies 200 m from the apartment and takes you to the slopes of Fendels. There is also a ski lift at a short distance to reach Fiss,Serfaus,and Ladis ski areas. If you run out of your essentials, the local grocery store is 4 km away. Try out some new delicacies at the nearest restaurant only 1 km away. Swimming pool is at 5 km.
You can utilize the balcony to have a cosy afternoon teatime. Central heating is available in the property. Parking and ski boot heaters are provided in the premises. This child-friendly apartment offers a high chair and childrens bed for the better stay of your kids.
The check-in timing is 3-6 PM and check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.

Also this year we could enjoy our skiing holidays in Fendels. The apartment is beautifully furnished with the pine wood, bright and friendly. It is desirable that the kitchen equipment is bolstered. I refer to the cooking utensils -and- utensils. There's some not (any more).

First, no snow around the house while it is next to an elevator + piste. The people did everything to prepare the slopes, fantastic.The house is comfortable, good beds, meeting space for 6 people, We had a wonderful holiday.

Both the accommodation and the environment offered us a surprisingly complete holiday. There is to do everything well in Fendels and in the surrounding villages and the entire Kaunertal.De house is fully furnished in December 2012 again, so everything is fresh, nice and clean. It is also very spacious, so that the children could spelen.Buiten was fine within walking distance to the pasture a wonderful playground for children. The Summer Card made access to the pool free Ried, so plenty to do, even apart from the many walks. The walking tours and activities are clearly signposted, including to difficulty, so it was fine with the kids kiezen.Kortom a surprisingly complete and carefree holiday from this house in Fendels.

Very nice location for a group of 14 people (combined 2 stays). Peaceful stay. The only disadvantage was that when purchasing the pass for Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis our guest card was not accepted because we did not stay close to the slopes so we had to pay € 35 more! Fendels ski area itself is still not included, this was also to pay extra for! This little area is perfect for beginners and families but too small for an advanced Snower.

We felt very comfortable in the house. The contact to Mr. Huber was very pleasant, he stood with advice and assistance. The apartment is traditionally furnished with wooden furniture. It is cleaned very well, nothing was missing. Also, plenty of towels were available. As a major drawback but we found the lack of Wi-Fi. As we did with several families in Fendels holiday, we could not communicate with each other via Whatsapp, but always had to call each other when we drive us to ski or eating out wanted to make an appointment. Gladly again! (Maybe then with Wi-Fi -?))

We were kindly received. The cottage looked groomed and clean looking. The only downside was that we got 12 towels for a week with 5 people. Furthermore, had fantastic holiday. Nice excursions in the neighborhood. We still come back again.

Fendels were small and idyllic village nearby Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. It took only 200m walk to nearest skislopes at Fendels. The best skicenter nearby were absolutely Kaunertal Gletcher, 45 minutes drive from Fendels. Car is quite a much necessarity.

We had a wonderful week. Kometer is a nice, well-kept, nice house. We had a fantastic view. In and around the resort Fendels is plenty to do. Beautiful surroundings, to walk, play (with children) and if you want to be sports.

Very friendly welcome in neat apartment within walking distance of the small ski resort of Fendels. In the use a few minor mistakes in the kitchen equipment, there was no teapot and few drinking glasses. For the rest everything is neatly taken care of. Because there is only one bench, little comfort after skiing.

We understood that the lady who arranges the arrival would be there between 3 and 6 pm. It was not so. We had to contact her while we were there. Accommodation is spacious enough for a family with 3 children. Rather little seating space (small seat). Cozy wooden seating area. Good beds. Apartment was not spotless, there were still many dead flies on the windows. Bathroom is rather small. Shower is dangerous for children, when someone takes water in the kitchen, the temperature of the shower water rises enormously! Surroundings Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis is beautiful and easily accessible. Nice to stay peacefully on the other side of the valley. Nice walks in the area! Glacier valley is beautiful !!

Beautiful home in beautiful surroundings, nice view from the house and from the balcony. Well maintained and pico bello clean. Good supply of towels, beds already made and in the kitchen a dishwasher. I also went for a day to Serfaus. Fendels is quieter, Serfaus is very touristy, you have to love here. The surroundings are beautiful, but you should not be afraid of hairpin bends.

For the 2nd time in this apartment in Fendels. It is well located, within walking distance of the slopes, with a nice view of the mountain railway that comes from the village. There are no shops in the village, a quiet village with quiet slopes, even in the spring break. The apartment has a small kitchen where you can prepare simple meals, and two bedrooms with 3 beds each. Going with 2 families is very tight, for a family with 2 or 3 children it is a great accommodation.
