Visit our very sunny "Häusle", surrounded by fruit trees, at the entrance of the Kaunertal valley with a homely living atmosphere. Ideal starting point for hiking and ski tours to the well-known skiing areas on the sunny plateau, as well as Kaunertal house is located in the hamlet of Prantach, house no. 31, municipality of Kaunerberg, at approx. 1300 m above sea level, is detached with balcony surrounded by meadows and some fruit trees. From the balcony you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountain world. The kitchen can be heated with wood and coal, but all rooms can also be heated with electric radiators. Above is the paneled living room made of Swiss stone pine, a Tyrolean-style farmhouse parlour with an old farmhouse cooker that must be heated exclusively with wood.
WC and shower are also in the basement.
Colour TV, radio, electric blankets are available.
On the upper floor are the bedrooms, three double rooms and one twin room, which is a passage room to one of the double rooms.
Two rooms are wood-panelled.

Cozy holiday apartment with a view of the mountains from every window.
We spent six days in this cozy vacation apartment in Kaunerberg. My two children immediately fell in love with the four-poster bed. My grandmother and I stayed in two original, comfortable rooms completely paneled with Swiss pine wood. Additionally, there is a parlor with a tile stove and a large balcony with a view of the beautiful mountain landscape, just like from the rooms.
In addition to all the nostalgia, comfort is also provided. There is a new bathroom and a modern kitchen - all in super-clean condition. The kitchen contains everything your heart desires, a coffee machine, a toaster, a modern stove, and a dishwasher, as well as plenty of baking utensils (baking pans, scales, hand mixer, etc.) - much to the delight of my daughter.
The landlord was very friendly and explained everything to us in detail.
We can highly recommend this vacation apartment.

Absolute Katastrophe
Wir hatten das Haus von 12-22 Juni gebucht, sind aber am 13 Juni morgens um 6Uhr abgereist.
Das Haus war komplett dreckig, wir haben nochmals alles Durchgewischt und das Wischwasser war jedesmal eine Braune Suppe.
Die Ankunftszeit war auf 16Uhr terminiert, aber der Vermieter war noch am ausräumen seiner Sachen ,ich habe Ihm dann ca.1Stunde geholfen.
In dem ganzen Haus waren sehr viele Fliegen und im Bad Ameisen dazu noch Spinnen.
Wie gesagt wir haben noch ca.2,5 Stunden gesaugt,geputzt und gewischt aber danach festgestellt das es uns nicht möglich ist den Penetranten Geruch aus dem Haus zu bekommen.
Dazu kommt noch das uns der Vermieter voller Stolz erzählte das er nicht geimpft sei gegen Corona und natürlich keine Maske trug.
Seine Aussage war wen es erwischt erwischts halt.
Nach unserer Abreise habe ich mehrmals versucht mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufzunehmen damit wir uns irgendwie einigen können.
Mein Angebot war,die halbe Miete zu Erstatten, aber keine Antwort.
Zum Schluss noch der Garten der zum Haus gehört,ist auch verpachtet da wurde Heu gemacht und es Spielten Kinder so das wir unseren Hund auch nicht laufen lassen konnten nach 7Stunden Autofahrt.
Alles in allem eine Zumutung.
Diese Bewertung ist keine Frustbewertung sondern schildert die Realität, wir wollten dem Vermieter noch die Chance geben sich zu äußern allerdings bekamen wir keine Antwort.
