The ski bus at 50 m and the ski lift at 8 km takes you to the skiing areas of Sölden and Obergurgl. You can have fun with cross-country skiing and hiking trails. The Längenfeld thermal baths are just round the corner. You can also visit Ötztal to enjoy climbing, rafting, and canyoning. The largest amusement park in Austria and the popular Area 47 are also nearby. The restaurant is at 300 m and supermarket is at 4 km.
Interiors have a cozy decor with central heating and lots of wood. The bedrooms have 3 single beds, double bed, slide, and cot. Space for 2 pets at 30/Pet/Stay and parking are also provided. The barbecue is perfect for the evening. There are paid bicycles available.
Check-in between 3 6 PM and check-out between 8 10 AM.

Reasonable house without a balcony
Without a balcony in mountains is not the intention.
Always be clear about balcony.

A great stay with little luxury. But great for the price we paid for it. You can make fantastic walks in the area.

The area is very beautiful. The accommodation on the other hand was very austere. There were missing several common kitchen items such as kettle / kettle, cutting board, decent coffee maker. It was a combination with a kind of toaster that could not be switched on independently. Furthermore, there was "no" living space. The living space is in the (small) kitchen and is a very tight seating area.
