In the middle of the Ötz valley, on a sunny plain amidst meadows, woods, and the high Alps, this is a 1-bedroom apartment resting in Längenfeld. The spacious, private roofed terrace with lovely furniture, is perfect to unwind admiring the stunning view of the surrounding mountains. It is suitable for a couple or 2 persons.
Längenfeld itself has lots more sports and recreational facilities to offer, including tennis courts, a miniature golf course, an outdoor swimming pool, and a bike rental. It is also a great starting point for many walking trails. You will the lively old town center with various grocery stores and restaurants at 4 km. The lively Sölden, with its beautiful summer ski area, is only 12 km away.
Central heating keeps you cozy indoors. In the evenings, you can light up the barbecue and enjoy it with a glass of wine. You can play a match of table tennis in leisure hours. A pet is allowed for an additional fee. Parking is available.

The apartment is simply but sufficiently furnished. Slightly outdated furniture with is fine for those who do not have too high demands. The hostess is very nice and helpful.

Nice apartment, great bathroom, nice view, nice people, good food at Mesner inn in Langenfeld. Only suitable if you are in possession of a car. 5 minutes by car from the village up the mountain is the home. Sauna in Langenfeld is a walking aanrader.Goede mogelijkheden.Wel are steep paths.

The reception was very cordial, according Belvilla had to call you if not for six hours on the day of arrival could be present. We were late due to traffic conditions. Phoned but that was not nodig.De area is very nice the people are very hospitable and friendly. It even tries to Dutch praten.Erg cozy and clean huis.Ligt in a nice area there is much to do in the immediate buurt.Wil you have no problem cooking large supermarkets nearby (Mpreis Spar etc) A lot of activities nearby. A must get a pass for a few days you should do as much free (swimming with cable cars etc) even with the bus.Volgend year we again cozy it seems you get home there!!!

Quiet village with beautiful views of the valley and near a suspension bridge. Conveniently located halfway between the Oetztal. Accommodation very basic but OK. Some little kitchen equipment. Often no parking at the house. Too bad also that we are only at the end of the holiday just heard about the facilities of the Oetzkaart and there is no information received from the hostess.

The terrace options are very limited, contrary to what the site is aangegeven.Hoewel the apartment is part of a private house, is fully guaranteed privacy. There live small children, but there is absolutely nothing to be merken.Wel it is advisable to have some condition as this village has very steep slopes, in the home environment.

Very great little apartment. Cozy and well equipped :-) Beautiful, quiet area - perfect for switching off. Super nice host family :-) Great large terrace for breakfast, reading and / or yoga. Hiking trails & via ferrata all within walking distance :-) We really felt very comfortable here

Very welcoming every morning fresh bread service from 5 am! Not really suitable for self catering hood ontbreekt.Geweldige environment (spectacular walk) and made good again for a wonderful week!

Apartment at an altitude of 1400 meters. Old but functional kitchen. Electric cooker was 220 connected so it took some time before the hot plate was plus at this level you have suffered from the lower air pressure! Cooking is a challenge! Oven was not connected. otherwise very nice house owners, apartment clean and as you can see in the picture a lovely big terrace! Beautiful location and great views again!

Highly recommended for people who are looking for a small cozy cottage supper. This cottage is really ideal for 2 people or couples with a baby. Price quality is really an inch thick!

Small, but cozy and comfortable apartment. It is something for tranquility. The Otztal offers many opportunities for hiking and "winter for skiers. Innsbruck is an hour away by car. Also worth it to go. Very hospitable landlord, you want to make. It to the meaning There is a bread service. We had a wonderful week (which is short).

The cottage was basic, but you pay for that. This was fine for us as we went out every day. There were enough things to cook, just no bbq tools (or bbq). The location is good, nice view with several hiking trails within walking distance (the suspension bridge with the fire alarm after it is definitely worth it). The hostess is nice, she is not proactive but helps with any questions. Downsides were the missing bbq and table tennis table, which were both advertised. The hostess eventually arranged the barbecue, but with regard to the table tennis table, we were only told that it had been broken for a long time. A disappointment ... all in all we had a nice holiday.

It wasn't good. Ended up staying there for 1 night. Handling of SOS was not what we expected. We are now somewhere else in Austria which we like very much. We have selected ourselves.
