Located in Otz, in Tyrol, this lovely holiday home offers 4 bedrooms and is close to the �tz-Hoch�tz ski area. The child-friendly property is ideal for families or groups coming on a ski vacation as it can accommodate 10 people. There are ski storage and ski boot heaters for comfort.

The holiday home is just 1 km away from the ski lift, and 300 m away from the ski bus stop, making it well-suited for ski lovers. Guests can also enjoy nightlife and delicious cuisines at restaurants at 0.3 km and in the bars at 2 km. You will find the town center and supermarkets also at 2 km. Treat your eyes to the beauty of Piburger See Lake, 3 km away.

The cozy holiday home features a well-equipped kitchen to cook healthy meals. The living/dining room has been furnished with lots of wood in the Tyrolean style and is ideal for relaxing by the woodstove. We had a very nice ski weekend at the accommodation. The house is new, very well-maintained, and we really liked the apartment. The hostess was very friendly, always approachable, and responded quickly and easily to our questions. We felt completely comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

We rented this apartment as a family with 8 adults, 2 small children, and 1 baby for 1 week. It is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. The 2 bathrooms in the rooms and the garden were worth their weight in gold. The large fridge-freezer with water dispenser and ice cube function is also remarkable, really great! The area is beautiful, and we were able to do a lot without a car, even with the little ones. All in all, we felt very comfortable! Thank you!

Good location. The furnishings are like new, sturdy, and tasteful. There is a refrigerator with a water dispenser function and ice cubes. Thank you very much. We would love to come back.
