Very nice modern apartment. Centrally situated. Kitchen well equipped. Only minus is noise at night of passing traffic.

Reception by Mr. Lanbach was extremely relaxed and pleasant. The accommodation was clean and in accordance with the photos. The two only downsides were the illuminating curtains in the bedrooms and the sound of the road on the side of the bedrooms.

The Edelalm Residence Top 6 is undoubtedly a first-class holiday home. The decor is state of the art and everything has been thought of. A lift leads directly from the entrance to the apartment. This means it is also easily accessible for older people or those with limited mobility. All rooms

Friendly welcome by manager. Penthouse was clean and could "check in" at 11 am. Beautiful penthouse fully equipped. Kitchen with modern equipment, the only thing we missed was a bread and carving knife ........

Reception by Mr. Lanbach was extremely relaxed and pleasant. The accommodation was clean and in accordance with the photos. The two only downsides were the illuminating curtains in the bedrooms and the sound of the road on the side of the bedrooms.

We had a wonderful sunny winter sports week! Beautiful spacious and clean accommodation, the photos correspond with reality.Great reception, easy to get in touch with contact person when questions.Kitchen inventory well calculated on large gezicken.We missed, as in earlier review, a folder with info about village (about eg doctor and pharmacy, emergency, waste separation / pickup, but also that you get a discount on ski hire at Fuchs if you mention that you are staying in Belvilla) Less points the dining room chairs are very deep and low compared to table top, there are missing outlets in important places (happy with self-brought socket) and there are few possibilities for the whole company eg towels, skisocks etc to dry.

Unique accommodation with plenty of space for all guests and a huge balcony with a magnificent view. The accommodation was clean and in impeccable condition. The surroundings are easy to explore on foot from the house.

Beautiful apartment, idyllically located between the busy access road of Brixen and the railway station. This means that some noise pollution cannot be avoided. Apartment is sold as 4-room/10 persons. What is not mentioned is that one of the rooms can only be reached through another room. This is essential information that is unfortunately (deliberately) not mentioned anywhere. Furthermore, the apartment stands out because of poor choices in terms of design and equipment. Not at all. It was terrible. No, not that. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to excellent traveling companions. Beautiful ski area and excellent connections (train/bus) to the lifts or Kirchberg / Kitzbühel. Also Westendorf around the corner.

We were received by a lady who did not explain the lease. Outside the car park, the deposit + the costs for the final cleaning (250 euros !!) were paid in cash. On departure we have not seen anyone (key via key lock). When I get home I notice that they have only repaid 165 euros of the deposit; with in the transfer a notice that the waste was not removed. The waste was collected on the terrace in the provided bins, furthermore we left the apartment neat (notwithstanding that we had already paid 250 euros for the final cleaning). be able to explain in advance!

Beautiful and spacious apartment. We had a very nice week. We only missed a folder with information about general practitioners and the like. A thermostat would also be nice so you can regulate the temperature yourself. Furthermore, the house was fully equipped.

For young children (under 3 years), however, it is unsuitable with regard to safety. Perhaps the owner will do something about this and that it will be fine in time.
