The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, just what we needed for a winter getaway. We appreciated the ski room for our equipment and the nearby bus stop made access to the slopes super easy. A nice place to relax and enjoy the mountain views.

We had an amazing time in the apartment in Hainzenberg! The spacious layout was perfect for our family of four, and the kids loved the playground outside. It's a quiet place, but still close to great ski slopes in Zillertal Arena. I highly recommend it for families!

This apartment has all the atmosphere, super spacious for a group of 12, and the ski bus stops literally right in front, The kitchen is fully equipped, so cooking after a day on the slopes is a piece of cake, And the views of the mountains? Pure aesthetics, I really enjoyed relaxing in the garden with my friends, grilling and admiring the sunsets, I will definitely return.

I had a fantastic time here! The apartment was cozy and clean, I really liked the big kitchen where we cooked together. The ski bus was right outside, which made going to the slopes very easy. The kids also loved the playground, they didn't want to leave. I would totally recommend it!

The kids had a blast playing outside, and we loved being able to bring our dog. An ideal place for families or groups, with easy access to the ski resorts. I will recommend it to my friends!

We were guests in the first week of January 2024 and were very satisfied. We had booked the entire apartment on the first floor and had enough space with 8 adults and 4 children. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were completely sufficient and the kitchen had a correspondingly large table that could accommodate everyone. This is always particularly important for us because we want to have breakfast, dinner and, above all, meet there at the end of the day to play and socialize. The location of the accommodation is great for skiing, as you only have to walk 60 meters to the ski bus stop. So we only had to move our cars to go shopping. The location to the Gerolsteinbahn family ski area is even better, directly opposite the bus stop. Here the old commuter cable car cannot transport masses of skiers up the mountain, as in Gerlos. When we reached the top, we found well-groomed, long, wide slopes. There were no ski schools here, no mass tourism, just lots of space for skiing. Plus free fun with tubes in a snow track and nice places to stop for refreshments.
Back to the house and its landlord. We were warmly welcomed by the family and given good tips. Whether bread service, very spacious ski cellar with boot heating or restaurant recommendations. Overall, a highly recommended accommodation for large groups/families on a winter holiday. I'll leave the evaluation of the summer vacation to someone else.
