We had a fantastic stay in the spacious apartment in Stumm! The location is perfect for skiing, just a short drive to Hochzillertal. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of six. We especially liked the balcony with a view of the mountains, where we relaxed with a glass of wine after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommended for families!

The welcome was warm even though we were there very early. The rooms were not ready yet but we were soon able to move in long before the agreed time. Everything was very clean and Mrs. was very friendly. The rooms were on the first floor, nice and spacious as the photos on the web site showed. Most rooms had a balcony. The spacious kitchen diner was fine and had everything except a toaster. The bathroom had a spacious shower and there was the washing machine.There were plenty of hand and tea towels. However, no dishcloths, dishwashing brush or a sponge. The rooms were nicely furnished with nice cozy items such as paintings, works of art, rugs, etc. There was ample parking in front of the door and Mrs. regularly asked if everything was to our liking.The beds were spacious and we were able to sleep well.The ratio between the price and the apartment offered was good.We were very satisfied with our stay and we highly recommend it.

The holiday home in Stumm is excellent for our stay in the Austrian mountains in the summer. It is very spacious and tastefully decorated. Spacious living room with comfortable furniture. Excellent sanitary facilities with a large amount of towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds are goed.We are warmly received and the hostess is ready to help if necessary Stumm is fairly central if you want to walk in the mountains. The holiday home is definitely recommended!

Apartment Gruber is a great apartment, 3 bedrooms, a separate sitting area, a large kitchen with all amenities, a washing machine in the bathroom .... A very nice, attentive hostess. Tip something from the curtain to the shower, hanging rack in the shower to place shower gel, etc.

The house was immaculate with all amenities. We arrived reasonably early but the mother of the owner already let us in. We got the tour with a little delay. The house is in a small residential area a short distance from Stumm. In the neighborhood is everything, bakery, butcher, department store and 100 meters away a pizzeria and a good restaurant at 200 meters. We came to walk and you can do that in the surrounding area. What a wonderful place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The host was incredibly welcoming and the apartment had a delightful charm. We appreciated the crib for our baby and the proximity to the ski lifts made it easy to hit the slopes. The Erlebnistherme was also a fantastic place to relax after a day of skiing. We will definitely return!

Just a short drive to the Hochzillertal ski area, which was a big plus for us ski lovers! The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals, and the local pizzeria was a hit with the kids. The Wi-Fi was sometimes a bit slow, but hey, we were on vacation, right? Overall, we would definitely come back!

It is the second time that we have booked this holiday home. The house is located in a quiet village. The welcome from the owner was warm and we had nice contact. The bakery (recommended) and supermarket can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes. The house has a spacious kitchen, which has all facilities, as well as a spacious separate living room. There is a balcony on three sides of the house, where you can enjoy the view. You have the entire floor at your disposal and it is a nice base from which to explore the Zillertal.

Quiet location. Center Stumm 20-25 minutes walk, there swimming pool, bakery, supermarket, restaurants. There is much to do in the Zillertal, cable cars, nature, sports, etc. Everything within 5-15 minutes by car.

We are a composite family. With ages of children aged 16, 15, 13, 10. Nice accommodation with a very friendly host who was very delivery and you help in all areas. The WiFi is not free but 5 euros per week. Quiet village

The holiday home in Stumm is excellent for our stay in the Austrian mountains in the summer. It is very spacious and tastefully decorated. Spacious living room with comfortable furniture. Excellent sanitary facilities with a large amount of towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds are goed.We are warmly received and the hostess is ready to help if necessary Stumm is fairly central if you want to walk in the mountains. The holiday home is definitely recommended!

Very nice apartment, on the first floor. Spacious and clean, large balcony, accessible from the living room and bedrooms. Very nice view. Pleasant environment. Many hiking opportunities. We will definitely come back in the summer!

The welcome was warm even though we were there very early. The rooms were not ready yet but we were soon able to move in long before the agreed time. Everything was very clean and Mrs. was very friendly. The rooms were on the first floor, nice and spacious as the photos on the web site showed. Most rooms had a balcony. The spacious kitchen diner was fine and had everything except a toaster. The bathroom had a spacious shower and there was the washing machine.There were plenty of hand and tea towels. However, no dishcloths, dishwashing brush or a sponge. The rooms were nicely furnished with nice cozy items such as paintings, works of art, rugs, etc. There was ample parking in front of the door and Mrs. regularly asked if everything was to our liking.The beds were spacious and we were able to sleep well.The ratio between the price and the apartment offered was good.We were very satisfied with our stay and we highly recommend it.

It is the second time that we have booked this holiday home. The house is located in a quiet village. The welcome from the owner was warm and we had nice contact. The bakery (recommended) and supermarket can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes. The house has a spacious kitchen, which has all facilities, as well as a spacious separate living room. There is a balcony on three sides of the house, where you can enjoy the view. You have the entire floor at your disposal and it is a nice base from which to explore the Zillertal.
