Resting in Kaltenbach and offering stunning panoramic views of the Zillertal Valley, this is a 2-bedroom apartment. It comes with a private sauna to relax and unwind after a hectic day. This apartment is ideal for families or 6 friends staying together.
The town center with grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife pubs rests at 200 m. You can be there to enjoy the streetscape, local shopping, and region gastronomy. In winter, skiers and snowboarders enjoy the excellent pistes on offer in the large resort of Hochfügen-Hochzillertal. The ski lift is at 1 km and the ski bus will take you there in no time. Hikes to the Kaltenbacher Wasserfall waterfall are popular.
The apartment has central heating for comfort when it is cold outside. From the balcony, you can cherish the surrounding views while sipping a nice cup of coffee. You can make use of the ski boot heaters when you return from the snowy slopes. There is a cot for the little one on holiday. Parking is available.

The house or apartment is very nice and spacious. Everything was very clean and very neat. And I am very picky! The kitchenette is equipped as described, but there is little to no work space. You have to share the dining table. For little things but enough and we have limited ourselves. We always have kitchen knives, peeler and similar. Here, what would be recommended here. The location in Stumm is very central. By car it is less than 5 minutes to the valley station Kaltenbach. The ski bus we only once used, it runs almost around the corner. The sauna area is very clean and recommended. But for us a big drawback is, that the sauna only from 1630 until 19 o'clock can be used. Hard to manage in our daily routine.

Ideally located, spacious holiday apartment with a very well equipped kitchen and a sunny balcony. Everything is sparkling clean and the landlady, Ms. Lechner, is very friendly. Recommended!

A clean and well-kept accommodation. Kitchen is well equipped. It's not far to the ski lift (5 minutes by car to Kaltenbach/Hochfügen, 10 minutes to the Zillertal Arena - we didn't use the ski bus). The sauna was ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
