This beautiful holiday apartment for a maximum of 10 people is located in a holiday home in Aschau in the Zillertal in Tyrol, between the Hochfügen and Zillertal Arena ski areas.
The apartment is on the first floor of the house and offers a cozy living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with an extra single bed), 3 spacious bathrooms and a balcony. The house has a ski room with ski boot warmers.
Parking is available directly at the holiday home.
Located in the heart of the Zillertal, the village of Aschau is the ideal location for visitors wanting to explore the region and experience its many outdoor activities, from hiking and walking in summer to skiing in winter. During the winter season, the surrounding region has much to offer skiers and snowboarders. The nearest ski area is Hochzillertal - Hochfügen, which offers slopes leading directly to Aschau and is known for excellent freeriding. Another popular ski area is the Spieljoch, where families especially feel at home.
If you are looking for alternatives to hiking, mountain biking and cycling, you should visit the Zillertal climbing center, the adventure park in Kaltenbach or the Zillertal thermal baths.
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants.

We had a very enjoyable week in a lovely apartment. Our hosts were very helpful and informative. The area was lovely and we found we didn't have enough time to do all the activities available. The location is ideal for families or those looking for an active holiday. We would definitely consider a return holiday to this location.

Accommodation was very neat. Owner was very polite and friendly. Even spoke partly Dutch. Always ready with questions or if you wanted to do laundry. For very small children around 1 year it is difficult. For the rest there is plenty to do in the area. And not expensive

Very beautiful house modern, sleek, spacious and clean. Fine to stay with three families, each with its own bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly ontvangst.Omgeving is quiet, you can walk to town. There's bakery, small supermarket and several restaurants. Ski bus stops at the door. Kaltenbach is 10 minutes on the bus to Zillertal 15 min.Wifi could be slightly better (faster).

1st day of skiing in the spa feet. But then we went. Monday squalls, good visibility. Unfortunately, only 3 lifts in Kaltenbach in operation. Day 2 Zillertal- Arena.3. The entire 1st floor is reserved for guests with 4 bedrooms and ample bathroom facilities. Living / kitchen well equipped, though the dining area can be for example, a fixed angle around sofa table. Bit more efficient classification According to owner does this happen soon. For skiers / boarders ideal. Bus stop outside the door to the ski areas Hochzillertal and Zillertal Arena.

Although there was no snow in the valley we had a fantastic winter sports holiday in the week kerst.De snow conditions were higher good, even for the little ones to the ski course was well organized with good sneeuw.Het house was also perfect and has certainly contributed to our successful holiday, so highly recommended.

We stayed in January 2015 for a week with 9 adults and 1 child (4years) of this wonderful accommodation. Everything was correct we were very pleased. Very modern. 4 bathrooms with 5 rooms. could spend the night too, 1 person in the living room was great for us. The ski bus is areall in 5min and also a supermarket. Book again for next year -) Can recommend it 100%.

This year we had chosen a more expensive property. It was an amazingly beautiful home. Nice people. Next to our house another house was built. This was less beautiful. But it is definitely recommended. We sat here with his 7 and. This was very doable. 10 adults will use some of the busy side.

Aschau showed an excellent location! Many ski areas a short distance away so we used another ski area almost every day Mayrhofen, Zell am Ziller Kaltenbach, Hochfugen. Cottage was lovely and the hostess was very friendly. Top!

We were received very friendly, the owner showed us the house and during our stay there was regular contact. She gave us lots of tips about the area. This is lovely, there is plenty for children to do a steam train ride, summer toboggan run, hiking trails erlebnis, the Krimmler waterfalls, Hintertux glacier paradise Fugen and Achsensee (rent an electric boat here !!)

The Zillertal is always worth a holiday. As a young family there is a lot to discover here. From Fügen to Mayrhofen you can reach everything with the Zillertalbahn. Landhaus Sporer is a top place to stay. Everything clean, great location and very friendly hosts. We'd love to come back :-)
