Better than I expected at this price point. Bedrooms were spacious enough for families, and the heating made chilly mornings comfortable. The location made exploring local shops very easy.

The location is very practical with shops nearby and walking paths in the area for fresh air away from the busy streets to relax and walk.

I would definitely rebook without hesitation. The check-in between 3 PM and 6 PM was smooth and quick, which made settling in easier. Thanks to good heating and comfortable beds in three bedrooms, we slept well. The small kitchen was perfect for simple meals before skiing or hiking activities.

Our children are small and like to play and make noise a lot. With older children or without children, the vacation apartment is great.

And house is next to the railway line. Some woke up early because of this.

That is not the case, but close to the larger road and near the bus stop.

Nice pink house located right next to the ski buses. Kaltenbach and Zillertal Arena were easily accessible by bus. From Kaltenbach there is also a beautiful valley run which ends within walking distance of the apartment. Mayernhoven was only 15 minutes away by car. The apartment itself is equipped with a completely new kitchen including oven. The bathroom was also very modern. Everything was clean. Two small points of attention: the wifi does not work very well and it smells quite strongly of smoke inside, so not suitable for people with asthma or the like. We ourselves have not experienced this as very annoying. All in all we had a great stay, definitely recommended! (Friend group of 5 people about 25 years old)

We had a wonderful week at Johan Lanthaler. The house is right next to the center of Aschau, so everything is within walking distance. The ski buses to Kaltenbach and Zell am Ziller are also nearby (and only take 10 minutes). w.b. the house itself: the kitchen has just been renovated, so there is now also an oven, a dishwasher and a 4-burner hob. There is a cellar where you can store your ski equipment. It's not all that big, but we felt very much at home there. The only thing I have to say is that the owner's number on the Belvilla website is incorrect. Due to huge traffic jams on the way there, we tried in vain to inform him of our delay (which was no problem by the way). Long story short: great apartment for a great price!

Accommodation is also neat, a few small overdue things that are "pieces" but nothing to really worry about. 1 very small thing, it really is not a place for tall people. I am 1.90 and have hit my head several times. Once again that minor inconvenience did not outweigh the wonderful week we've had. Fine...

The app was nothing wrong with it but not for 6 people you have only two seeds to kokenEn therefore not fit another two pans together tricky yourself you can not smoke in the house where nothing is wrong, but once you enter the house will you smell that the owners themselves smoke

At the beginning of our trip the heater was defective. We only had 18 or 19 degrees in the living room. The owner was very helpful and has brought the disorder service on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, the defect could be remedied. In the meantime, he has provided us with a radiator available. By and large (the bathroom was not really warm in the bedrooms we need no heating) we had so that the problem under control. When the heater worked, it was ok.

We have been with three people and have had a fantastic ski holiday. Aschau in the Ziller Valley is centrally located and provides easy access to the vast ski areas. We are driven by their own transportation to the various mountain railways but there are also non-stop ski buses stop in front of the accommodation. The house was super clean and equipped with all necessary things. We are very well received and the service is perfect short highly recommended and we will definitely come back again

The house is well laid out, the bathroom is tidy, nice location, plenty of space to park. The downside is that there is a lot of smoke smell coming from the resident, upon entering you are quite overwhelmed by the air while smoking is not allowed in the house! Fortunately, it is better on the third floor which has its own door that can be closed. In the third room on the second floor, there is hardly any smoke to smell, however, the smoke smell lingers in the stairwell.
