The centrally heated apartment has a ski storage facility so that you can store your skis. There is a balcony, from where you can enjoy stunning views of mountains, village and ski lift. The apartment was really beautiful. The landlady is also super friendly. We'd love to come back! The region around the Zillertal is really great for families.

The apartment is elongated you come through the front door into a hallway with the right one bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Down the hall are 2 bathrooms. On the left side of the hallway are three bedrooms, all with TV. At the end of the hallway you enter the kitchen with all modern conveniences, but on the tight side for a large group. All in all a good home, but I missed a bit cozy with a real living. The location is ideal, close to the elevator and the apres ski. Snow chains are recommended when there is snow, because the last stretch to the house is really steep!

Beautiful bedrooms with 3 (!) Bathrooms, each with a private shower and toilet. The showers are very good and the kitchen is fine with an over, microwave and induction hob and fortunately no electric. Dining table. The distance to the lifts is fine to run for volwassenen.Bedden are a bit on the hard side. Bank for max 3 persons bit tight if you are "n 8.

House Kroll is a great place for a group. We stayed at the eight-person apartment. The kitchen is very cozy, it's on the small side, but that does not disturb us. Good beds, three bathrooms, near ski lift, friendly owner!

Close to the ski lift, home easy to reach by car. Steep slope, so not ideal for the pram up to lopen.Wat older house, bedrooms and bathrooms pretty, small living room.

Kroll was a pleasant stay near the elevator of Kaltenbach eggs, only 5 minutes by car. For children just too far to walk with ski boots. The cottage is located behind the house of the owner who cq.boerderij nice fresh bread every morning at the door hung. The living room is small but with small children to do well. Really a cottage in the countryside.

Just returned from a week's skiing holiday, as in the description it looks from the outside is not beautiful, inside contrast, everything in perfect order. Basic kitchen equipment (8 people just enough cutlery, lids do not fit in pots, just one big pot, ....) Location is on the verge of walking to do to the ski lift, last part is quite steep. Best OK next return to Kaltenbach but prefer other location.

20-02-2010Net returned from a week at Haus Kroll.Prettige surprise is the third bathroom in the apartment. This is in the master bedroom. For 8 adults, the sofa in the living room too small, but you can have dinner in the living / dining kitchen. Comfy beds and a fully equipped keuken.Voor skiers, ski to the gondola goes on a meadow near enough snow last stretch to the gondola you walk. Back Kien is not possible from the slope / gondellift.Reken about 8 minuten.De owner is very helpful and vriendelijk.Kortom a great vacation in this property

We have not gotten this house of the photo but the house behind it. But seeing pictures are always better than in reality. Interior is fine, but for one straggler who do not ski, there is no possibility to sit in the sun. And if there is snow you ski from the house to the gondola. All in all, still an expensive home because cleaning and electricity still comes bi. Owners are very nice!

had a good holiday, location is fine near gondolas, is to walk. Hospitality is fine, living area of apartment is not very big, two families with children can, but 8 adults would be very tight

Niet al te ver van de liften van Kaltenbach (op normale schoenen, op ski schoenen is het echt op de grens van wat leuk is..), maar wel echt buiten het dorp ligt deze accommodatie. De slaapkamers zijn prima, negen bedden, drie badkamers ipv twee. De woonkamer is wel echt klein, met acht volwassenen wil je geen slecht weer... De buitenkant is gewoon een oude schuur, binnen is het gewoon netjes.
