This beautiful premium chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in Piesendorf in Salzburgerland, in the immediate vicinity of the well-known destinations of Zell am See-Kaprun, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Kitzbühel.
The chalet is a semi-detached house and extends over 2 floors. It offers a large living room with a seating area and dining table, a modern open fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 1st floor has a balcony. The chalet also has a garden with a terrace equipped with stylish garden furniture and a barbecue. In the basement you can relax in your own sauna with relaxation area. There is also a ski storage room. A charging station (11 kW) for charging electric or hybrid cars is available in your private parking lot. Billing is always based on consumption and is calculated separately.
The location of the chalet is perfect, sunny due to its south-west orientation, and centrally located in Salzburgerland. The ski bus stop is 300 meters away. In just a few minutes you can be in the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes, 70 modern cable cars and lifts, over 60 cozy huts and numerous other attractions, or in the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area with over 60 kilometers of slopes.
Piesendorf offers the Nagelköpfl-Piesendorf ski area, a small family ski area with 2 kilometers of slopes and 3 lifts.
In summer, the Hinkelsteinbad in Piesendorf offers lots of bathing fun! There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in the town, as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in around 1.5 hours by car.

There are a total of 3 more or less identical semi-detached houses next to each other. We were now the second time there. As always at Belvilla, everything is well organized and clean. The rooms tend to be a bit small with little storage space.

The Green Garden Lodge A2 is a semi-detached house in Walchen, a neighboring village of Piesendorf. The decor is fairly modern and functional with no big surprises. In my opinion, the room layout is very unfortunate, since three bedrooms are on the ground floor and two of them are directly adjacent to the terrace. (On which is also grilled). On the positive side, there is a separate sauna room with a shower. The equipment in the kitchen was very poor overall. There was enough crockery, but even basic needs such as oil, vinegar or a small selection of spices were lacking. You really had to buy everything. We needed a bed sheet and two pillowcases, for which we were billed an extra 7€. All in all, you have to say that you also pay for the final cleaning, although you are obliged to remove the beds on departure, turn on the dishwasher, dispose of the garbage separately and leave the house swept clean. It's clear that you don't leave everything behind like the last scoundrel, but that way I can still wash it with a damp cloth and the next guests can come. On the positive side, there is a bread roll service from a bakery in the neighboring town. Overall, I would not recommend the house because it does not do justice to the price.

The house was exactly as it was on the pictures. Very pleasant. Nice that there was a real Christmas tree at this time. The beds were lovely! Nice spacious living room. Great sanitary facilities. Wonderful sauna which was well used. The kitchen should have a bit more serving spoons and more! Cutting boards. 1 is a bit small. Especially if you have to cook for many people. Good fridge and freezer! Very nice that you can set the temperature per room. paid a lot of money for this house and we also enjoyed it to the fullest, but perhaps you can add a few washing tablets for the washing machine in addition to the few washing-up tablets for the washing-up machine. fun! A nice view, small shop within walking distance. within 10 minutes you are in Zell am See or Kaprun for skiing. And a compliment for the welcome. Nice welcome and everything clear. In advance we could also ask questions by mail and was there reply quickly. Also during our vacation Nadine was quick to answer if we had a question.

The house is really very spacious and nothing is missing. It is clean and very modern, you can feel good. It is well equipped and well located. We were there for hiking and we really liked the place and the places around it. It's really quiet with a lot of nature and animals, a small stream runs next door, but you can only hear it when the window is open. The keys were handed over in the neighboring village, which is less than 10 minutes away by car and went smoothly. The property management is a really nice and attentive family. A little thing that is a shame is that the curtains were a bit stained / dirty and the walls were stained by killed flies / mosquitoes. On the whole, it is 100% recommendable.

We had a very pleasant welcome and were immediately impressed by the house. The location and view from the balcony were really nice. The ski areas are easy to reach by car and small purchases and fresh bread rolls can be easily made on foot. Also great is the separate ski room and underfloor heating. What we missed, however, were hygiene bin on the toilet and hooks for the towels. Also under the beds should be vacuumed. Otherwise we were completely satisfied with the facilities and have felt comfortable.
