This modern apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located in a detached holiday home near the center of Kaprun in Salzburgerland. The location of the house is ideal, the ski bus, ski school, the center of Kaprun and the beginners ski lift are approx. 300 meters away.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and, in addition to a wonderful view of the Kitzsteinhorn, offers a spacious living room with a built-in wall bed and a cozy seating area, an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a storage room and a terrace. The holiday home has a ski storage room and a garage with parking space.
Vacation in Kaprun means vacation between glacier, mountain and lake. In the Zell am See - Kaprun holiday region, a total of 408 kilometers of pistes await you in 3 top ski areas with the Ski Alpin Card: the Schmittenhöhe as a family-friendly ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers a high alpine experience and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circuit offers a high number varied slopes.
In addition to winter sports, there are also plenty of sports options for the other seasons: rafting or white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, golf on the 18-hole golf course, which is just a few minutes away.
In summer, the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool offers a water area of 1000 m2 with a water slide and wild water canal. You can also be at Lake Zell in Zell am See in just 20 minutes and at the Tauern Spa in Kaprun in just a few minutes.

Very nice apartment. Big enough for four people with two full bedrooms. 6 people are fine, but then the space is rather limited. 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Kaprun or to the lift.

Great apartment. 100 meters from the meeting point for the ski lessons! Service from Belvilla itself is also very bad. According to the folder with information, we had to report damage to Belvilla but nowhere to find an email address. Not even on their website.

A lovely house. Especially for casual people. No thresholds anywhere handles such as in the toilet and shower .. small open kitchen but really everything is there. A minus when we had picked up the key, we got a bag with bedding. The view from the terrace is phenomenal. Anneke and Bep.

A beautiful apartment where we have been coming for many years. Spacious, comfortable, clean and well finished, it is located in the center of Kaprun. It takes some getting used to setting the underfloor heating, but that is clearly indicated on the switches ... There is even a parking garage under the building, but you can also easily park in front of and next to the apartment. A nice apartment in a small complex.

The reception was as friendly and smooth as always. The accommodation is neat and everything that needs to be there is also present. The area is beautiful, the apartment is centrally located. We have been here for many years so that says enough.

Unfortunately, we were in a renovation of the house and demolition works of the neighbors so only noise, dust and stench from 7 am to 7 pm. And that in high season. we also got the idea that we were in Dubai, a lot of burqa.Total not suitable for eclectic wheelchairs!

Our arrival was very delayed due to bad weather and many traffic jams ... So we arrived at 21.00! It is already dark there and we did not know where to go, mrs. did not mind that we were late, but did not bother to drive us o.i.d, we did not drink after a trip of 16 hours! (very impersonal) The accommodation is good and the location excellent!

my experience as a wheelchair user. the underground garage is clean and very easy to get out of the wheelchair, a minus if you want to go further there is a step of a 10 min cm but can be solved with the sloping slope that can be found in the basement of apartment 1. spacious lift also in the common hall there is a difference in color of the stairs and the floor for the visually impaired a plus point. the apartment has a spacious hall easy movement with the wheelchair also there is no difference in level between the room itself half a cm very positive. I put myself right from the toilet with a rollator for me, so the separate toilet is to use for me but for people who do the transfer with the wheelchair next to the toilet is not but the toilet in the bathroom is the solution. in the bathroom is toilet accessible and good height handle next to toilet is also practical. the walk-in shower beautifully also returned other color of floor (shower white stones and floor black) there is a high shower stool present also handle in shower is convenient, floor of bathroom is not smooth two well under movable washbasins only I could in the mirror just my forehead and hairs (solution mirror a bit slanted, up side a little forward) bedroom also in order height of bed ideal. living and kitchen also spacious the presence of an ordinary over is also a plus (think that is not mentioned in the description of the apartment) transition to terrace as the door can also be tipped there is a level difference from inside to outside a 4 t cm and outside no inside 6 cm we have taken cardboard from the container and made a little hill because otherwise there is a chance that we violate the door frame, on the terrace a large table and six chairs so we could enjoy the sun. to leave, there was a threshold at the front, but that inclined slope was ideal for the roofs too

What we find very awkward is that you have to hand over the key and the bed linen at the owner's house in Piesendorf. We left at 3 o'clock in the night and had to pick up the beds in the middle of the night.Why not just leave the bedding in the apartment, and the key in the mailbox.The apartment was fine.Beautiful clean and modern.Adequate kitchenware. The bed in the living room sleeps wonderful.Mooie terrace with lovely sun in the afternoon.On walking distance from the ski bus to Zell or the Kitzsteinhorn.De wifi code was not worked.The floor heating in the main bedroom seemed to be constantly on. It was pretty warm there and we are very satisfied about the whole price / quality ratio absolutely ok!

It was a bit of a shame that we could only get the key after four o'clock, the key address only picked up the phone at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. We got our bed there and had to make our own beds. The apartment was excellent with even a parking basement, the car we have not used the whole week because we have always traveled by bus, includes the ski pass. Bus stop was at the door. And the beginners piste was 100 meters walk. Beautiful location

We had to pick up the key before we could get to the apartment. The reception there was quite chaotic we found. Ask yourself for a guest card (you get a discount on sights). We also got a bag with t bedding for t apartment and that we encountered because we are accustomed to always in Austria Beds are already made up on arrival. After a long day with many files and if you pay cleaning costs, we expect that at least the beds are made up and that you will not have to do it yourself. After all, you expect everything to be done Pick it up yourself and bring it to the key owner. You would have also found a better deal if this key owner went with us to the apartment (but that's our opinion)

Excellent. Getting the keys and linen was easy, on the route in to Kaprun. The apartment is easily located on the ground floor of the building within easy walking distance of the town and Lechnerberg beginner ski area. The property was great for us (4 adults and 2 kids) with a kitchen suitable for breakfasts and we ate out the other times (great restaurants throughout Kaprun.) The buses are fantastic and run regularly to the Glacier, Maiskogel and Zell and See. The heating in the apartment is sensitive and has great under floor heating, but takes a bit of fiddling to get the temperatures just right -) All in all, a great apartment in a beautiful town.

Something Belvilla has no influence on. In Holland it was cold and rainy. Kaprun we enjoyed the beautiful weather up to 35 gr. C.

Meanwhile, for the fifth (!) Times this apartment booked in the winter. That is to say something about our experience / perception in Kitzpanorama. It's a great apartment and super comfortable. Location of the apartment is good. Was a well-kept apartment had only one bedroom may be bigger, but yeah there you basically just to sleep and it's only for a week. We had app. down so nicely with tuin.De manager I did not personally so involved. I did not feel welcome when I came to pick up the key. Also have a complaint reported that nothing has been done. 've Also passed on to the tour operator as I possibly not. wanted to pay costs.

We, family with two teenagers had a great holiday in the ski resort Kaprun-Zell am See. The apartment was excellent. Well equipped with all necessary amenities, free wifi which the kids after a day skiing really could appreciate, very clean and quiet. The ski area, despite the spring, had no crowds at the elevators for all levels and tastes we have. Definitely a aanrader.Klein downside, the operator was a bit of a buzzy type.

The apartment is nicely situated near the center of Kaprun. Everything you need in the apartment er.De ski is also nearby. We have a very good holiday. The apartment lie very well compared to ski and ski rental, where you also get discount on presentation of travel documents. At a bakery and bus stop are you so! The Tauern Spa since November 2010 is open (although not cheap) is highly recommended! Many good restaurants. In short, worth repeating!

Christmas week 2014, two adults with three children (18, 16 and 14) compartment for 5 fine for tall people, comfortable apartment, well get hot while ventilate nice, easy to keep clean. Wifi unfortunately get nonfunctional or only for 30 seconds, with access to car parking unclear and impossible. Payment security deposit and cleaning hard to arrange with busy caretaker.

It was a bit of a shame that we could only get the key after four o'clock, the key address only picked up the phone at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. We got our bed there and had to make our own beds. The apartment was excellent with even a parking basement, the car we have not used the whole week because we have always traveled by bus, includes the ski pass. Bus stop was at the door. And the beginners piste was 100 meters walk. Beautiful location

We enjoyed our holiday in Kaprun. The apartment is fully met our expectations. We were with our adolescent sons a week in Kaprun. We went swimming in Zell am See, lovely pool and lovely lake. We admired the glacier and even sledges used ... also enjoyed the lovely surroundings. Internet at home functioned fine. The terrace with beautiful views of the mountains we have good use. There is plenty to do in the area. Repeating.

The apartment is nicely situated near the center of Kaprun. Everything you need in the apartment er.De ski is also nearby. Winter is Lechnerberg (beginner slopes) within walking distance. less than 5 minutes. Do you want the bus to a different track than the walking distance is also about 5 minutes.

A clean, modern well-maintained house in perfect loation with fabulous views. We had a wonderful holiday in Kaprun - there's so much to do for the family.
Would have liked a washing machine/drier and an oven.
We would definitely think of returning there.
