Our luxurious and spacious apartment of 130 square meters is very comfortable. No bunk beds or sofa beds. A good box spring bed for every guest. Equipped with every comfort and located in a wonderful walking, cycling and skiing area. A short step to the center, the ski bus and the supermarket.

Simply super
Very nice landlady. Super great location, 100m from the supermarket and the centre can be reached on foot after 1km. Kaprun and the beautiful flat just to recommend. Tami

Super holiday
We had a super great holiday. In the first few days we met the Smith family in person, which made us very happy, very nice and helpful.
Small discrepancies were solved immediately. The flat was very clean and also the between cleaning was very good. Very good blanking. I have one small comment, we were partly missing a guest toilet, in the morning or in the evening it was difficult to manage with 7 people.
The beds and mattresses are very good, I have rarely slept so well in a hotel or holiday flat
There was no lack of excursion possibilities. It was a 2- to 5-minute walk to the shops, a great location.
