A relaxing place, beautiful view, and definitely recommended for anyone who loves nature! We will come back. Dream accommodation with a luxury feel because everything you needed was there. You have to be there to understand what I mean. We were a total of 10 people and everyone was thrilled, I wouldn't have thought so.

We had a wonderful stay in this dreamy holiday home in Bad Hofgastein! The house is very spacious and offers plenty of room for families or groups – you feel comfortable right away. The decor is chosen with great attention to detail: stylish, cozy, and high-quality, so you feel at home from the very first moment. Particularly noteworthy is the lovely sauna, which offers pure relaxation after an active day in the mountains. The property is also beautiful – with a spacious terrace, several balconies, and a great view of the surrounding nature. Perfect for sunny hours or cozy evenings outdoors. Communication with the landlord was excellent – friendly, quick, and uncomplicated. You can immediately tell that a lot of value is placed on hospitality here. We would love to come back and can recommend this house without reservation!

The house is fantastic. Beautifully situated, quiet and the view from the house is spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Price quality is fine. There are some points for improvement:
- service needs replacing, every glass or cup has a piece off. Wine glasses are dull.
- sheets and towels have had their best time.
- the couch in the living room is sagging and difficult for older people to get out of.
- showers are wonderful
- sauna area is a bare plain…
- for the summer you actually miss a few lazy outdoor chairs with cushions.

We knew the house because last year we rented the house next door. I tried to get the code for the key box via the key manager Mr Leitner, but I would only get it the day of my arrival. That day I sent several emails but I received no reply. The key box was closed but we could just open it. Everything in order so no friendly service from Leitner

The house was very dirty. Terrace not usable because of lots of bird poo which was not removed for long time. Also the overall cleaning was not sufficient leading to the fact that food left overs from previous tenants were found in the living room, oven etc.

The place itself is nice but it seems that nobody pays attention in the required way.

New cleaning was ordered upon arrival and also confirmed for next day but nobody showed up.

Complain ongoing in a very dissatisfying way.

It's a shame that the on-site services of the point of contact were not OK, otherwise it would have been fantastic. But nevertheless, we will return in 2025!

The house was very spacious and the location with a view of the surrounding mountains was fantastic. Each of the 4 bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub, which we as a group of 8 people found to be great. There was a sauna in the basement. Here we would have wished that the room had been furnished a little more lovingly. There was e.g. B. no sauna loungers.

However, what we found to be completely unacceptable given the price of the house was the cleanliness. There were still pretzel sticks from the previous tenants in the living room, the kitchen fronts were sticky and dirty and there was still water in the dishwasher from the last use, which had probably not been pumped out. We had to buy cleaning supplies to remove dirt from the ground floor. Unfortunately, no one felt responsible for this problem and our complaints were ignored.

We, a group of eight hikers, are "repeat offenders" and were able to spend a lovely week in the great Chalet Angertal in the Gadtein Valley. The house has excellent, high-quality equipment. The in-house sauna makes the holiday relaxation perfect! We'd love to come back.

Arrival was difficult, we couldn't find the house. No. 181 was at No. 122. The sign pointing to No. 181 was only visible from one side; we were approaching from the other side. Several streets had this given street name. At number 122 it went down a dirt road, away from the road to a meadow. Had to call the man cleaning the house several times to find the house. There were only one towel and a bath mat for a week for each vacationer. No towels for the toilet or for the kitchen to dry off hands. There were enough kitchen towels. Since there is a sauna, large sauna towels are important. So we all bought these towels. Would have brought them with us, if we had known. We couldn't find a broom and shovel with a sweeper. A vacuum cleaner was there, but it was very weak. Nevertheless, our overall rating is "very good" due to the equipment and cleanliness. Everything is there that you need!

We knew the house because last year we rented the house next door. I tried to get the code for the key box via the key manager Mr Leitner, but I would only get it the day of my arrival. That day I sent several emails but I received no reply. The key box was closed but we could just open it. Everything in order so no friendly service from Leitner

The location of the house is 10 minutes walk from the center and the garden, the place is quiet and comfortable.

Arrival was difficult, we couldn't find the house. No. 181 was at No. 122. The sign pointing to No. 181 was only visible from one side; we were approaching from the other side. Several streets had this given street name. At number 122 it went down a dirt road, away from the road to a meadow. Had to call the man cleaning the house several times to find the house. There were only one towel and a bath mat for a week for each vacationer. No towels for the toilet or for the kitchen to dry off hands. There were enough kitchen towels. Since there is a sauna, large sauna towels are important. So we all bought these towels. Would have brought them with us, if we had known. We couldn't find a broom and shovel with a sweeper. A vacuum cleaner was there, but it was very weak. Nevertheless, our overall rating is "very good" due to the equipment and cleanliness. Everything is there that you need!

We, a group of eight hikers, spent a great week's holiday in an excellent holiday home in a very good location. The house has excellent, high quality and tasteful furnishings. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. All the best!!!

We, a group of eight hikers, are "repeat offenders" and were able to spend a lovely week in the great Chalet Angertal in the Gadtein Valley. The house has excellent, high-quality equipment. The in-house sauna makes the holiday relaxation perfect! We'd love to come back.
