Welcome to our charming holiday home Kleintierhof Seidl-eder, located in the picturesque landscape of Rauris/Wörth in the Salzburg region. With a living area of 51 square meters per apartment, our holiday apartments offer enough space for up to four to five guests and each has 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You can enjoy the view of the surrounding landscape from your own balcony or relax in our beautifully landscaped garden. A BBQ grill is available for barbecues. Parking spaces and, if you wish, a carport for an additional fee are also available.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with freezer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with bed linen, a television, shared use of a washing machine and dryer, an iron, and a hairdryer. For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide a crib and a high chair.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can always stay online during your stay. Long-term rentals are possible and the apartment is exclusively for non-smokers; of course, smoking is allowed outside (balcony). Fitters are also very welcome.
The apartment is surrounded by breathtaking scenery, which you can see in the provided pictures. You can admire the mountains, meadows, forests, and blue sky directly from the apartment. In winter, the landscape transforms into a winter wonderland with snow-covered slopes and trees. Location and surroundings of object
Experience the beauty of Rauris/Wörth in Salzburger Land. Our house is located outside the town of Wörth, about 3km away, on a small hill. From the main road, it's about 1km along a private road to our house. In winter, I would ask guests to bring snow chains if it is currently snowing, unless you have four-wheel drive. In the summer, you don't have far to go to a road where you can walk or run, cycle, or even hike to the nearest mountain pasture without cars, maybe just a farmer driving his tractor along the way. The bus stop is 500 m from us. There is also a nearby riding stable and a very beautiful swimming pool with a view of the mountains. There are also guided hikes; there are 3 side valleys in our beautiful valley for walking from one mountain pasture to another. In the Seidenwinkel valley, there is an inn with a fish pond where you can catch your own lunch; there are also several long-established guesthouses that still bake their own bread. We also have a very nice store that sells everything the farmers produce, and the cooking is very traditional (cheese dumplings, donuts and dumplings of all kinds, shredded pancake, etc.). There is also a distiller here who will introduce you to the production of spirits in a lovely way and tastings are conducted. Besides, at the end of the valley, there is all sorts to marvel at, and gold panning is also possible here, which is known to be very enjoyable for both the young and old. We also have several playgrounds throughout the town and many fountains everywhere for quenching your thirst because we have such beautiful, good spring water all over the town. I could list much more, but I think if you visit us, you can find all this and much more in our magnificent, unspoiled Rauris Valley, and discover it yourself.

Great vacation with a special atmosphere
I would love to come back. I have rarely experienced such a great accommodation and especially everything around it. The owners are super friendly, the animals are very cuddly and loving. The children can use all the toys, are allowed to climb on the farm dogs, and the absolute highlight is that you have a deer right in front of your eyes, which is truly unique. The holiday apartment is lovingly furnished, and you have everything you need. I will gladly come back in any case and can highly recommend the holiday apartments! !
