Our stay in the apartment in Bad Hofgastein was absolutely wonderful! The spacious living room was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, and the modern kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We especially loved the access to the terrace, where we enjoyed morning coffees with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The infrared sauna was a fantastic bonus, especially after a long day on the slopes. The Gasthaus Ortenschein, just a short walk away, had delicious local dishes that we couldn't get enough of. Recommended for this cozy retreat!

Excellent apartments, very good location, friendly hosts, good value for money, a very good choice for 5 people, the hosts do not speak English, but that was not a problem - our minimal knowledge of German and Google Translate were enough to communicate.

It took some searching, but the family Winkler has a very nice apartment on the ground floor of their beautiful huis.Binnen is tip top order. Everything looks new and fresh uit.Vooral the bathroom is very spacious and very beautiful. Also very enjoyable is the lovely terrace where you can in good weather (which we unfortunately had a few days) can sit outside and have a nice, semi-open views hebt.Het contact with the residents was very enjoyable. They want to really ensure that you lack nothing. On our arrival Mrs reserved. Winkler for us a table at nearby restaurant, while they do not really place had more. The only downside we could find is that one night was no more hot water for a hot bad.Wie know we come again!

I recently spent a weekend here with friends and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the large bathroom with a bathtub - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The nearby Bad Gastein Waterfall was a beautiful place to visit, and we even managed to ski a few times. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. I will definitely come back!

We zijn in de zomer geweest met onze jonge kinderen. Helaas waren de eigenaren niet op de hoogte dat we zouden komen ook al hadden we via Belvilla geboekt. We belden toevallig een uur voor onze aankomst en mevrouw is het meteen gaan schoonmaken. Ondanks dat was het erg schoon. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n schoon huis gehad en dat was heel fijn. De communicatie was wat lastig met de eigenaren, omdat wij niet zo goed Duits kunnen en zij geen Engels. Wat heel lief was dat onze zoon een opblaasbal kreeg van mevrouw en we konden een was laten doen. Toch zouden wij hier niet meer boeken. Het was voor ons wat te weinig privacy, we voelden ons bezwaard over onze zieke kinderen die niet lekker in hun vel zaten (daar heeft de eigenaar niks over gezegd hoor) en er waren veel regels rondom het huis. Als ik de eigenaren was zou ik het huis zo inrichten dat je je minder druk hoeft te maken daarover, dus bijvoorbeeld geen vloerbedekking meer in het appartement etc. Dan kunnen ze het hopelijk ook beter loslaten. Voor ons was dit wat te benauwend, zeker als je niet hele dagen op stap bent. De plaats is overigens erg leuk en veel te doen. Verschillende kabelbanen, zwembaden etc.

We really enjoyed this wonderfully clean house! we have never seen this clean before. the beds were very good. The apartment is in a quiet place a bit away from the ski areas. The walk to the bus is easy to do, the bus stop is near restaurant Ortenstein, where we also had a delicious meal. The host and hostess were friendly and helpful.

the only 2 downsides we can think of are that there was no ski boot heater/dryer and the boots were not allowed to go upstairs, so they did not dry properly. We solved this by using our separate shoe warmers downstairs, but we didn't have enough.

and that the toilet was in the bathroom and not separate.

It was a very nice place, who knows, we will come back here again, we will definitely keep it in mind.

The apartment is spacious, neat and clean. The view was very disappointing: storage areas, covered with plastic, around the house and terrace. There is a three-storey house just in front of the tenant's terrace (not visible on the information available on the website), we had to park the car in front of us (where the landlord's trailer was also) and on the right was the a succession of bins, piles of wood and, a large blue container. The view of the beautiful valley (for us reason to choose this apartment) consists of a narrow strip, where you have to "think away" the clutter. Communication with the lady of the house was cold, there was no interest in our comments and that hassle with keys and closed doors, shoes off, etc. has been aptly expressed by another tenant. We found the price not in proportion to what could be expected. The place Bad Hofgastein and the surroundings are nice and cozy.

The apartment and the location are good. The house is 8 years old and apparently the landlady is afraid that the guests will not handle it properly. The greeting was strange, with the luggage in our hands we already had to undergo a long briefing about what to do with which key, that always had to be locked, etc. There were already pushers at the door of the apartment, and when we got one Found notes - the apartment is not allowed to be entered with street shoes, it was clear to us what the point was. When the weather was sunny for the first time and we came back from a mountain hike, we noticed that all the shutters were down. The landlady assured that she would not have entered the apartment in our absence, but the shutters would have to be closed in the sun. We decided to get some cake in town to have a nice cup of coffee on the terrace. What a lovely place and what a great house. Spacious, super clean and fully equipped. Great beds to sleep and the house remained nice and cool while it was warm outside. Also a lovely private terrace where we could have breakfast and dinner. We were extra happy with the two sun loungers on the terrace. After an active day, relax with a book and a beautiful view of the mountains. The central location of the house offers all possibilities: from visiting Salzburg, Liechtensteinklamm to rafting and high into the mountains for a long hike. Also recommended after a long hike: cool off in the small lake Gasteiner Badesee, a 15-minute walk from the house.

Before the arrival a short nice phone call. We had a very, very nice stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates, and there was also a Christmas gift for the kids. The ski lifts are about 10 minutes away by car and can only be recommended . The apartment was very warm and very clean, towels, bed linen everything available. It was not the last vacation with the family.

Once again had a nice stay with the Winkler couple. On arrival there was a nice bottle of wine in the fridge and in the middle of our stay, Mrs Winkler surprised us with a delicious homemade cake! They really want to miss their guests. The evening before our departure she came along with homemade zirbenschaps. The Gasteindal is and remains a beautiful holiday spot!

I definitely recommend this house, because it is 10 min. Drive away from Bad Gastein (beautiful slopes, nice village for apreski and nice eateries). Angertal also lies close by, here you have four good nursery slopes to practice. Other ski resorts are good to drive (Saalbach-Hinterglemm 1 hour, Kaprun third quarter) .The house is very nice and the owners are friendly. Everything is there in the kitchen, it was beyond our expectation. The only sad thing is that you only have two bedrooms and therefore with six people, all with two other people is in the room, but everything else is good!

For our new surroundings. The area has much to find and do. From hiking visit to a local concert. From high in the mountains to enjoy the panorama to go deep into the mountain to see ice formations. Extensive trips are Salzburg, the Grossglockner Strasse (+ train tunnel) and the Hochkonigroute, all highly recommended. Pleasant hosts!

Beautiful place on 18 July / m August 1st. The house has a spacious floor with several rooms. Landlords are nice people, also think with you. There is indeed a WiFi connection available, although you do have to have to ask! Furthermore, the house was well & quotuitgerust & quot and clean. The only point was just that after a day we are suddenly strangers were in our bedroom, the residents have been without this had passed away! This we found a little damper because there is valuable and private stuff in the room layers (even though we had done! Lock the room). Despite this point, still had a great holiday!

Other ski resorts are good to drive (Saalbach-Hinterglemm 1 hour, Kaprun third quarter) .The house is very nice and the owners are friendly. Everything is there in the kitchen, it was beyond our expectation. The only sad thing is that you only have two bedrooms and therefore with six people, all with two other people is in the room, but everything else is good!

beautiful setting, very clean and tidy house. very nice and large bathroom. only minus point is that the kitchen is in the living area so you do not really have a home. otherwise it looks neat and very neat.

Once again had a nice stay with the Winkler couple. On arrival there was a nice bottle of wine in the fridge and in the middle of our stay, Mrs Winkler surprised us with a delicious homemade cake! They really want to miss their guests. The evening before our departure she came along with homemade zirbenschaps. The Gasteindal is and remains a beautiful holiday spot!

Before the arrival a short nice phone call. We had a very, very nice stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates, and there was also a Christmas gift for the kids. The ski lifts are about 10 minutes away by car and can only be recommended . The apartment was very warm and very clean, towels, bed linen everything available. It was not the last vacation with the family.

Fine accommodation and reception. Friendly hostess and host. Beautiful location of the house. The house is spacious and fully equipped. If you like peace and hiking (in the mountains), this is a great accommodation and environment.

What a lovely place and what a great house. Spacious, super clean and fully equipped. Great beds to sleep and the house remained nice and cool while it was warm outside. Also a lovely private terrace where we could have breakfast and dinner. We were extra happy with the two sun loungers on the terrace. After an active day, relax with a book and a beautiful view of the mountains. The central location of the house offers all possibilities: from visiting Salzburg, Liechtensteinklamm to rafting and high into the mountains for a long hike. Also recommended after a long hike: cool off in the small lake Gasteiner Badesee, a 15-minute walk from the house.

The apartment and the location are good. The house is 8 years old and apparently the landlady is afraid that the guests will not handle it properly. The greeting was strange, with the luggage in our hands we already had to undergo a long briefing about what to do with which key, that always had to be locked, etc. There were already pushers at the door of the apartment, and when we got one Found notes - the apartment is not allowed to be entered with street shoes, it was clear to us what the point was. When the weather was sunny for the first time and we came back from a mountain hike, we noticed that all the shutters were down. The landlady assured that she would not have entered the apartment in our absence, but the shutters would have to be closed in the sun. The next day it was sunny again and we sat on the terrace, where you could protect yourself from the sun's rays with a motorized blind. We decided to get some cake in town to have a nice cup of coffee on the terrace. When we returned there was the next "shit", one should not leave the house as long as the blinds were extended, a storm could come and damage the blinds! We did not feel like welcome guests and can therefore stay in the apartment. do not recommend the landlady.

The apartment is spacious, neat and clean. The view was very disappointing: storage areas, covered with plastic, around the house and terrace. There is a three-storey house just in front of the tenant's terrace (not visible on the information available on the website), we had to park the car in front of us (where the landlord's trailer was also) and on the right was the a succession of bins, piles of wood and, a large blue container. The view of the beautiful valley (for us reason to choose this apartment) consists of a narrow strip, where you have to "think away" the clutter. Communication with the lady of the house was cold, there was no interest in our comments and that hassle with keys and closed doors, shoes off, etc. has been aptly expressed by another tenant. We found the price not in proportion to what could be expected. The place Bad Hofgastein and the surroundings are nice and cozy.

The house is spacious, well equipped, very clean and tidy. The owners are welcoming and very helpful. The place is very suitable for making several trips (Salzburg, Gros Glockner, Fulseck, Berchters Garden. We have spent the past weeks really enjoyed the house and the nice area.The restaurant nearby is a must, tasty and affordable.

The owners are very nice and open-minded. The apartment is very clean, newly furnished kitchen. Soon there is a couch in the kitchen-living area, as it is still cozy while watching TV. For those looking for tranquility, the apartment is highly recommended.
