In the midst of the picturesque panorama of Bad Gastein, our wellness house offers you a very special kind of time-out.
The chalet is currently being renovated and from November 2020 will offer you 140 m² of space for up to 8 people.

This exceptional chalet is located just under 10 minutes by car from the centre. A restaurant is within walking distance and the next shopping facilities are about 7 minutes by car.
The ski lift Stubnerkogel can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, the next ski bus station (line 567 violet) in 10 minutes on foot. The ski depot directly at the gondola is also recommendable. Bad Gastein, also known as the Monte Carlo of the Alps, is located in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park at 1,100m above sea level. From the ski slope directly into the thermal bath - two incomparable thermal baths surrounded by a unique mountain panorama, you can only find this in Gastein. More than 200 kilometres of slopes spread over a total of 4 ski areas with the latest lifts and top snow guarantee await winter sports fans. A variety of slopes in the extensive ski area and cosy huts invite you to unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun. The high alpine Sportgastein () is known as a freerider's Eldorado and makes every freerider's heart beat faster.
Our tip: The music festival Sound & Snow with numerous international artists on stage. In summer you can go on numerous wonderful hikes, bicycle and biking tours. An excursion to nearby Salzburg ( hours by car) is also worth a trip. Golf lovers also get their money's worth.

"Wonderful"
We spent a great week here with 5 adults and two dogs and all felt comfortable. The chalet is very well equipped, everything has been thought of, and it is also very clean. The view from the terrace is worth seeing both day and night. For us, it was the perfect chalet, in a quiet place, with many options in the area. Dear Peters family, thank you for the uncomplicated handling, we will come back...

Beautiful house in an ideal location
What a beautiful summer vacation we had in this Herzlhaus. The house is fully equipped, almost every detail has been considered. Good beds, a very well-equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, but above all, the love with which the house was furnished surprised us positively. The place is very quiet, yet you can reach the center of Bad Gastein within fifteen minutes by car. Various hiking trails literally start right at the front door. We will definitely come back!

Top holiday home
We spent a week in the Chalet Gamskar "Herzlhaus" and enjoyed this week. The house is a bit secluded but very beautiful and quiet. It is very well equipped. We were there with four people and our two dogs. We didn't miss anything and can therefore only recommend this house.

The perfect idyll
We spent a wonderful vacation in this idyllic holiday home in Bad Gastein. The house is located in a quiet side street on a hill. It is surrounded by trees and meadows and offers a great view of the valley.
The house is very spacious and comfortable. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for cooking. The living and dining area is very cozy (especially the sofas) and has a fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere on cold winter evenings.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The entire process was perfect and smooth.
I can fully recommend this holiday home. It is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation in the mountains.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war vorhanden, was wir benötigten, und wir konnten uns entspannen und erholen.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine Küche und einen großen Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr gemütlich (vor allem die Sofas) und bietet einen Kamin, der an kalten Winterabenden für eine wohlige Atmosphäre sorgt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Abwicklung war perfekt und reibungslos.
Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub in den Bergen.

Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem idyllischen Ferienhaus in den Bergen sind, kann ich dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Das Badezimmer unten ist sehr modern und hat eine große begehbare Dusche sowie eine angenehme Fußbodenheizung. Im oberen Bereich des Hauses befinden sich die drei gemütlichen Schlafzimmer, die alle mit großen Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet sind.
Die große Terrasse lädt selbst im Winter zum Sonnenbaden ein. Dank der vorhandenen Einzäunung des Grundstückes konnten sich unsere Hund dort frei bewegen.
Auf Grund der Lage gibt es so gut wie keinen Lärm oder Verkehr. Die Nähe zum Restaurant Gamskar (ca. 400 m) verführt zu manchem kulinarischen Besuch. Die Anfahrt zum Chalet ist auf den letzten Kilometern im Winter ein wenig "abenteuerlich". Man sollte bei seinem Fahrzeug auf eine gute Winterausstattung achten. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberfamilie Peters war sehr freundlich und völlig unproblematisch. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen und können das Haus ohne Bedenken wärmstens empfehlen.

Das Haus ist modern und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet, ich würde es als Alpin-chic beschreiben. Rustikal mit einem Hauch von Luxus.
Die untere Etage besteht hauptsächlich aus einer großen Wohnküche (perfekt ausgestattet!) mit anschließendem Wohnzimmer. Bequemes Sofa und TV sogar mit Netflix/Prime vorhanden, falls das Wetter mal nicht so toll ist ;-)
Auch das Bad in der unteren Etage ist neu und sehr großzügig gestaltet.
Oben findet man 3 Schlafzimmer, teils mit Balkon, auch alle mit TV - sowie ein weiteres Bad und WC. Auch hier ist alles neu gestaltet.
Highlights sind sicher auch die Außensauna sowie die große Terrasse mit Blick auf Bad Gastein und die Berge.
Vom Haus kann man direkt loswandern, das ist besonders praktisch (zB. Auf den Höhenwanderweg, traumhafte Ausblicke!). In 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß außerdem ein Restaurantcafe, sehr gute Hausmannskost.
Bis nach Bad Gastein sind es mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten.
Die Vermieter haben auf Emails sehr zügig reagiert, also auch in der Hinsicht alles prima.
Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
Liebevoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Ferienhaus-Urlaub benötigt. Tolle Lage. Tolles Haus. Tolle Vermieter. Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Chalet Gamskar "Herzlhaus" aber sicher nicht zum letzten Mal.

Sehr gemütlicher und geräumiger Wohn-Essbereich und eine komfortabel ausgestattete Küche. Das "Wohlfühlbad" im Erdgeschoss ist schlicht weg der Hammer! Nach dem Skifahren war die geräumige Sauna für uns das Highlight. Sie ist einfach zu bedienen und schnell auf Betriebstemperatur. Das Skigebiet selbst, ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Die Aussicht vom Chalet auf Bad Gastein ist vor allen Dingen bei Nacht beeindruckend. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank an Fam. Peters für dieses wunderschöne Chalet.

Wir konnten direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Sehr zu empfehlen sind:
- Wasserfallweg über die Kaiser-Wilhelm-Promenade und durch Bad Gastein
- Wanderweg zur Prossaualm vorbei an der Himmelwandhütte
- Aufstieg zur Poserhöhe
- Wanderung und Seilbahnfahrt zum Graugokel
Mit dem Auto haben wir auf folgenden Gipfeln Sonne getankt und auch den ersten Schnee erlebt:
- Seilbahn zur Schlossalm und Wanderung zum Gipfelkreuz
- Sportgastein (Absoltes Highlight!)
- Zell am See (Wandern, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, tolles Panorama)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Unsere 2 Hunde haben jeden morgen die Nase in die Luft geworfen, weil nachts oft Rotwild durchs Nachbargrundstück gelaufen ist und wo unsere Buben dann morgens die Verwehung aufgenommen haben.
