Located in Obertraun, near the Krippenstein ski area, this modern chalet is perfect for a family getaway. With 5 bedrooms, this home can accommodate up to 10 guests. This ski chalet has a shared swimming pool and a sauna to recharde after a long day.

During winter, you can head to the Krippenstein ski area and enjoy downhill skiing or snowboarding on the snowy slopes. This ski chalet is only 200 m away from the lake, which great for walks in morning or evenings. The supermarket is 100 m whereas the restaurants are 200 m away. The town centre is at 500 m.

A garden and a terrace are accessible when you wish to enjoy some outdoor relaxing time. You can cook a platter of barbecue in the evenings and enjoy it together. A wood-burning stove, central heating, and parking are available. Fitness room is also accessible for you to stay active while enjoying the break. You can rent a cot and high chair for the little ones.

You can check-in between 3-6 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.

A fantastic short vacation! The view from the terrace was breathtaking, and we loved grilling in the evenings. The communal swimming pool was a hit with the kids, and the nearby hiking trails made for great family outings. We will definitely come back!

This cabin is the ultimate family vibe check! Big enough for everyone, and the kitchen setup is great. The terrace views are different at sunset, and the sauna? Total game changer after a long day on the slopes.

With 10 adults on summer vacation in Oostenrijk.Goed equipped house with room for iedereen.Voldoende plumbing, plenty of room in the house offers many possibilities eg eating all together, spellekes play enz.In near a lake with swimming facilities, sunbathing, even mooring bootjes.Ook children can play .In the neighborhood fun activities with mountain peaks, caves, wandelmogelijkheden.Winkeltje in the village offers everything needed for verblijf.Culturele activities (eg Salzburg) does lie a little further, car and 2.5 hours 1.5 hours + by bus, but that is not main purpose of the holiday.
