Zwar älteres Haus, aber alles bestens, sehr guter Zustand, wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Wasser, viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten draussen, sogar um dort auch geschützt sitzen zu können... mit Aussicht, große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Gartenmöbeln, große Wiese. Meerblick auch von drinnen, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Durchdachte Raumaufteilung mit Zugängen über Terrasse. Schöner Badesteg unterhalb vom Grundtück über eigene Treppe sofort erreichbar. Ruhige Lage für Erholungssuchende. Wir brauchten kaum Ausflüge, weil es am Haus selbst schon so schön war...Radeln hat auch großen Spaß gemacht, es gibt diverse Möglichkeiten Fahrräder zu leihen, z.B. am Campingplatz oder in Assens. Besonders gefallen hat uns die gut eingerichtete Küche, der Panoramablick auf den Kleinen Belt, die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse, unter dem Vordach, im großzügigen Garten, usw. Die Nähe zum Meer ist fantastisch (Baden und Angeln möglich). Zwei bequeme Ledersofas, Heizung durch eine Wärmepumpe, im Sommer auch Kühlung möglich, rundum ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Empfehlungen: Sehenswert in einiger Entfernung zum Haus der japanische Garten. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Assens im Super Bryggsen. Auch der Schlachter und der Bäcker in der Ostergarde sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Although it is an older house, everything is excellent, in very good condition, beautiful view of the water, lots of different places to sit outside, even where you can sit in a sheltered area, with a view, large selection of different garden furniture, large lawn, sea view from inside too, kitchen very well equipped, well thought out room layout with access via the terrace, beautiful bathing jetty below the property immediately accessible via its own staircase, quiet location for those seeking relaxation, we hardly needed any excursions because the house itself was so beautiful, cycling was also great fun, there are various options for renting bikes, e.g. at the campsite or in Assens, we would love to come back!
