The cabin is located in a hamlet, surrounded by forest, meadows, fields, apple, and elderberry plantations.
The vacation home is approximately 110 sqm in size, has 2 covered terraces, and a large fenced garden with various seating options for relaxing, barbecuing, or gazing into the greenery. . . . . . . .
The cabin, characterized by a Mexican ambiance, has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a fireplace room, dressing room, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen offers everything needed for a self-catering holiday.
Two stoves ensure that it is always warm and cozy.
The approximately 1500 sqm garden guarantees privacy. The individual garden design, in ecological balance, is meant to provide you with relaxation and pleasure.
We deliberately avoid chemical fertilizers and weed killers!
Shopping facilities in Ulmen, about 6 km away. A 5-minute walk away is the restaurant "Waldschänke", offering home-style cooking, near the Hotel Wilhelmi with its upscale dining and a wonderful garden.

The holiday home is located in a manageable holiday area in the district of Cochem Zell, Ulmen municipality, between the Moselle, Ahr and Nürburgring
Alflen is situated between Koblenz and Trier at an altitude of 430 metres. With a population of approx. 826, it is north-west of Cochem-Zell. And only 6 km away from the idyllic Ulmener Maar, approx. 19 km to Cochem on the Moselle or to the steepest vineyard in Europe, the Bremmer Calmont or the beautiful maars near Daun.
The central location is ideal for numerous excursions in the surrounding area.

A beautiful place to breathe and feel good
The holiday home La Cabana in Alflen is a very special place where you can arrive from the very first moment and simply leave everyday life behind.
The location is wonderfully quiet, in the middle of nature, with a beautiful view of the numerous fruit trees. You look into the greenery, hear and feel the tranquility, and immediately notice how the stress of everyday life falls away from you. A place where the soul can find peace. The house itself is generously laid out, very tasteful, and furnished with incredible attention to detail. One feels immediately comfortable and welcome. Everything is so well thought out and fully equipped that nothing is really missing. There is not a single moment when you miss something – on the contrary, you notice everywhere how much value has been placed on the little things. Additionally, the entire house is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our vacation with the dog was simply beautiful as well. The two terraces and the many windows make it possible to wander with the sun and always find a cozy spot. My dog clearly enjoyed looking for her favorite place depending on the position of the sun or being in the fenced garden.
The surroundings invite for beautiful walks. One is wonderfully alone, far from hustle and bustle, and can enjoy nature to the fullest. Exactly the right place to unwind and recharge.
The contact with the friendly landlord was especially pleasant. She is extremely kind and accommodating. One feels well taken care of even before arrival and notices that the well-being of her guests is important to her.

Beautiful house with a lovely garden in the midst of peace and nature.
We have thoroughly enjoyed and honestly this is the most beautiful accommodation we have rented so far (we have been to many places). The house is large but also cozy. It is lovingly decorated and the garden is beautiful. Additionally, it is wonderfully quiet, truly a place to relax. You can walk straight from the house into the beautiful nature. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. We will definitely come back next year!

Very beautiful holiday home in a stunning location on the lake.
The house is very spacious and beautifully furnished! Very good equipment, large beautiful garden, ideal for playing with our dog. The location is very good and quiet. You can really relax, unwind. We felt very comfortable. The landlady is very friendly and uncomplicated. Gladly again!!!

Pure relaxation.
We spent a long weekend in the very well-equipped and very clean house. The large, beautiful garden was liked not only by our four-legged friends. We had a great time. Thanks to the nice landlady. We would love to come back. Greetings from Cologne.

Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, mitten in der Natur, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die zahlreiche Obstbäume.Man schaut ins Grüne, hört und spürt die Ruhe und merkt sofort, wie der Stress des Alltags von einem abfällt. Ein Ort, an dem die Seele zur Ruhe kommen darf.
Das Haus selbst ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr geschmackvoll und mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Alles ist so durchdacht und vollständig ausgestattet, dass es einem an wirklich nichts fehlt. Es gibt keinen einzigen Moment, in dem man etwas vermisst – im Gegenteil, man merkt überall, wie viel Wert auf die kleinen Dinge gelegt wurde. Dazu ist das gesamte Haus ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt.
Auch für unseren Urlaub mit Hund war es einfach wunderschön. Die zwei Terrassen und die vielen Fenster machen es möglich, mit der Sonne zu wandern und immer wieder ein gemütliches Plätzchen zu finden. Meine Hündin hat es sichtlich genossen, sich je nach Sonnenstand ihren Lieblingsplatz zu suchen oder im umzäunten Garten zu sein.
Die Umgebung lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Man ist wunderbar für sich, fernab von Trubel und Hektik, und kann die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen. Genau der richtige Ort, um abzuschalten und Kraft zu tanken.
Besonders angenehm war auch der Kontakt mit der sympathischen Vermieterin. Sie ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich schon vor der Anreise gut aufgehoben und merkt, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt.
Je loopt vanuit het huis zo de prachtige natuur in.
De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en geeft je een welkom gevoel.
Wij komen volgend jaar zeker terug !
