Description

The cabin is located in a hamlet, surrounded by forest, meadows, fields, apple, and elderberry plantations.
The vacation home is approximately 110 sqm in size, has 2 covered terraces, and a large fenced garden with various seating options for relaxing, barbecuing, or gazing into the greenery. . . . . . . .
The cabin, characterized by a Mexican ambiance, has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a fireplace room, dressing room, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen offers everything needed for a self-catering holiday.
Two stoves ensure that it is always warm and cozy.
The approximately 1500 sqm garden guarantees privacy. The individual garden design, in ecological balance, is meant to provide you with relaxation and pleasure.
We deliberately avoid chemical fertilizers and weed killers!
Shopping facilities in Ulmen, about 6 km away. A 5-minute walk away is the restaurant "Waldschänke", offering home-style cooking, near the Hotel Wilhelmi with its upscale dining and a wonderful garden.

The holiday home is located in a manageable holiday area in the district of Cochem Zell, Ulmen municipality, between the Moselle, Ahr and Nürburgring
Alflen is situated between Koblenz and Trier at an altitude of 430 metres. With a population of approx. 826, it is north-west of Cochem-Zell. And only 6 km away from the idyllic Ulmener Maar, approx. 19 km to Cochem on the Moselle or to the steepest vineyard in Europe, the Bremmer Calmont or the beautiful maars near Daun.
The central location is ideal for numerous excursions in the surrounding area.

Beautiful house with a lovely garden in the midst of peace and nature.

We have thoroughly enjoyed and honestly this is the most beautiful accommodation we have rented so far (we have been to many places). The house is large but also cozy. It is lovingly decorated and the garden is beautiful. Additionally, it is wonderfully quiet, truly a place to relax. You can walk straight from the house into the beautiful nature. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. We will definitely come back next year!

Very beautiful holiday home in a stunning location on the lake.

The house is very spacious and beautifully furnished! Very good equipment, large beautiful garden, ideal for playing with our dog. The location is very good and quiet. You can really relax, unwind. We felt very comfortable. The landlady is very friendly and uncomplicated. Gladly again!!!

Pure relaxation.

We spent a long weekend in the very well-equipped and very clean house. The large, beautiful garden was liked not only by our four-legged friends. We had a great time. Thanks to the nice landlady. We would love to come back. Greetings from Cologne.

Vacation, nothing but vacation.

A whole week of time out together in a super beautiful, lovingly furnished holiday home, nothing was missing. With a huge and completely enclosed garden, beautiful wooden furniture, a dream for humans and dogs. Walks as far as the hiking heart desires. The bakery is just around the corner, and for shopping, we recommend taking the car, as it's only a few minutes to all the well-known shops. My favorite spot in the big hammock in front of the fireplace made the hours pass by too quickly :-() The Eifel is as great as ever and we will definitely come back. Communication with our landlady worked out perfectly and she sent us all the forgotten pairs of shoes by mail, just very friendly and totally uncomplicated, 5 stars also for the landlady.

La Cabana ein Traumhäuschen

We were at La Cabana for the first time and were immediately thrilled. A beautifully furnished house with a dreamy, huge garden. Everywhere there are cozy sitting areas and always something new to discover. Everything you need is there. The warm landlords are also worth mentioning. We will definitely come back.

Stille Nacht

Very nice house and very kind landlady. In winter, you can sit by the fireplace and enjoy the wonderful view from the panoramic window. Overall, there are two fireplaces. Firewood is available. The large fenced garden is almost invisible and not only delights the dogs. Great walks are possible right from the front door. The hiking trails are well signposted. The house is absolutely quiet. If you want more hustle and bustle, the Moselle town of Cochem is not far away. Other excursion destinations and shopping opportunities are also in the vicinity.
