Our flat was renovated and refurnished in 2020, with the exception of the bathroom. It has a living area of 42 m² and consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and an interior bathroom.
The flat is designed for two persons. The flat is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
A parking space for the flat is located directly in front of the building.

Welcome to the holiday residence Kap Arkona, which is located on the largest island in Germany = "Rügen".
As the northernmost point in Germany, Cape Arkona is a 43-metre-high cliff made of chalk and boulder clay on the Wittow peninsula, which also bears the nickname "Windland". Along with the fishing village of Vitt, the area monument Cape Arkona belongs to the municipality of Putgarten and is one of the most popular excursion destinations on Rügen.
The Wittow peninsula is the northernmost part of Rügen. It lies between the Wieker Bodden and the Jasmund Bodden. The peninsula was already settled by Slavs in the 7th century. Archaeological excavations are currently taking place at Cape Arkona.
The largest villages on Wittow are Dranske, Altenkirchen, Breege and Wiek.
The Wittow peninsula is connected to the rest of Rügen by a narrow land connection, the "Schaabe". This is only a few hundred metres wide in places and separates the Great Jasmund Bodden from the Baltic Sea.
Here you will find the approx. 8 km long, fine-sand, white beach, which stretches from Glowe to Juliusruh.
Large contiguous pine forests cover the "Schaabe".
The harbours in Breege and Wiek offer opportunities for fishing or excursions.
Passenger ships leave here for destinations such as Hiddensee or Ralswiek for the Störtebecker Festival.
Our flat is part of the "Residenz Kap Arkona" residential complex. This is located in Putgarten and consists of three buildings with their own reception.
Our flat is located in house 2 on the 1st floor.
The "Molly", a shuttle train, departs not far from the residence and takes you comfortably to Cape Arkona or the fishing village of Vitt. However, both destinations can also be easily reached on foot or by horse-drawn carriage.
The north beach is about 800 metres away. This is a quiet, unspoilt stretch of beach, characterised by cliffs, sandy and rocky beaches, which stretches as far as Dranske.
