Villa Sunshine in street : Requesens Central and quiet location just 700 m from the beach. Berth only 300 meters from the house of the marina to rent in the port of Empuriabrava. Around 35 years ago this holiday paradise was created on the Spanish Mediterranean coast modeled after Florida. Ampuriabrava is located in the Bay of Roses on the Costa Brava, about 40 km south of the French border and 130 km north of Barcelona.
Ampuriabrava is the largest marina in Europe and is a modern resort with very good infrastructure. At the more than 30 km of navigable seawater canals determine villas with private moorings and beautiful gardens the image.
In addition to the quiet residential are in the center, a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques, shopping malls etc.
The conditions in Ampuriabrava are particularly excellent for water sports: sailing, windsurfing, diving, fishing or explore by boat the beautiful coastline with its idyllic coves and crystal clear water, everything is possible. Besides the kilometer-long, fine-grained sandy beach is ideal for families with children.

Keine Luxusvilla
We were generally satisfied. Unfortunately, there were 2 days of relatively little relaxation due to two water pipe breaks (1 in the first week, 1 in the second week). The service was good, and the craftsmen were quickly on-site. Construction noise and sometimes no water for 2 days did bring some limitations. There was no apology or compensation from the landlord. The house is quite old and the luxury depicted in the pictures is not present. If a holiday home is rented out as a luxury villa, everything should be in order. Repairs should be done outside of the rental season, not during the rental period. Wet walls and mold in the house due to a water pipe break should also be mentioned.

Leider kann ein Wasserrohrbruch unmöglich vorhergesehen werden - es wurde alles schnellstens - unter Absprache der Reparaturezeiten mit Kunden - wann diese am Strand waren behoben.
Auch haben wir uns für entschuldigt.
