Welcome to the sea - a beautiful maisonette flat in direct beach location awaits you!
The living level is equipped with dining area, kitchenette (2-plate hob, sink, fridge), TV and radio. Couch and armchair have sleeping function (can be pulled out). If you stand at the living room window, you can see the sea from the side.
Wi-Fi is available in the flat free of charge.
A staircase (not suitable for senior citizens) leads to the sleeping gallery with 2 single beds in the converted attic.
The beautiful, furnished balcony faces south.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat. Please use the balcony for this purpose.
Cot and high chair can be added if required.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and window.
The flat is on the fourth floor (attic). A lift is available in the Villa Stranddistel.
A parking space at the house is already included in the price.

Villa Stranddistel with the flat "Seebrise" is located directly on the beach promenade of Binz, directly on the fine sandy bathing beach on the Baltic Sea on the island of Rügen. It is only a stone's throw to the pier and the town centre. Good restaurants and numerous shopping facilities can be found near the holiday flat.

Off to the island!
Shortly decided and well chosen. The flat was perfect for us. We found the beautiful villa Stranddistel in a prime location directly on the beach very impressive. We would be happy to recommend this accommodation!

Binz in autumn ...

1. Rügenurlaub
The first time on Rügen and thrilled, the beautiful island discovered too late. The location of the villa perfect, enjoyed evenings on the balcony and free parking at the house. Despite last-minute booking, everything worked out perfectly. Thank you. We will be back!

Nice short break!
We spent a nice short vacation in Binz right on the beach. The beautiful balcony faces southwest. Despite that, you can still hear the sea wonderfully roaring... We liked it here!
