Fantastic Villa. Very spacious and comfortable for 8 guests with great views and very clean. Pool was great. We had a fantastic week here. Only downside was on arrival trying to find it late at night in the dark. We had to call the owner who eventually came out to meet us and guide us. It would be useful if the Villa was actually named from the road and directions were clearer. We also had a problem with one bathroom flooding and once again had to call the owner and the lack of mirrors is also something that needs to be addressed. But apart from this we had a wonderful holiday in Villa Turkis and would certainly return. The "private" beach was also an added bonus and the town of Koroni was a gem. All in all a great holiday.

We were there for the third time and enjoyed it very much again. The view of the bay is breathtaking every time. Minor damages to the house were a bit annoying, but according to the landlord, they should be fixed by next year. The regular cleaning is very pleasant. Would come again.

Great house with a nearly private small sand-gravel beach with crystal clear water. Incredibly beautiful view of the sea. The beds are all very comfortable – great outdoor shower in the pool area. The pool is large and deep enough to jump in, and it is regularly cleaned. The house is also cleaned regularly with towel changes. Pool towels are provided, and they are changed regularly as well. A car is absolutely necessary.

We were two families (6 people) and felt very comfortable for ten days in April in the large house with a beautiful garden and pool area. The view of Koroni Fortress is fantastic, and a fine sand beach (Memi) can be reached by car in just under 5 minutes. The house is a bit old, which is visible, but this does not diminish the quality of relaxation in any way. In order for the regular change of laundry and house cleaning to function properly, it should be discussed again with the landlord upon arrival. The house does not have air conditioning in the large living room, but it does have underfloor heating. Be cautious with its usage: whether there are additional costs should be discussed with the landlord in advance, as there is no provision in the offer for this! The value for money is right if the agreed services are fully provided.

A beautiful house, somewhat aging (by the way, according to the foundation stone not built in 1999, but in 1992), wonderful location, beautiful garden and terrace areas, a dream! If it weren't for the many little things that lead us to rate it as "average": - Swimming pool? Yes, but unfortunately without water in April... - Espresso machine-microwave? Not found... - Stove: one of 4 burners not working... - Lighting: many light bulbs are broken, especially... In the kitchen, it's inconvenient - Range hood: better not to use, ear-splitting noise, and dust falls out. - Underfloor heating: sure, once you turn on the fuse. Unfortunately, broken in 2 rooms as well. - Stereo system? Well, a portable CD player with radio and cassette recorder. - Shower? In one of the bathrooms, due to drainage problems, the water fills up after 2 minutes. Showering under water
Just to clarify: we are not complainers - we had a wonderful time there, and the caretaker is very helpful and friendly. And in the low season for 2 families, the house is perfect, and the price is okay. But in the high season, with all these issues? ? ?

The Villa Turkis was very practical and spacious for a large company of people. We came visiting as four families with children of different ages and the villa hosted us perfectly. The swimmingpool area in connection to the house was the main attraction for us. The areas outside the house kind of extended it with different places to stay at at different time of day. Just a few minutes walk down the road and a cosy path took us down to an amazon beach without any problems. The area the villa is located was perfect for us. Close to several places like Koroni town, Finikounda, Methoni and Pylos. When looking out on the view from the Villa terrace you could see all the was from Koroni to mountains on the other side of the bay. We left a wonderful vacation by saying " We MUST COME BACK SOON" as it provided us with 2 relaxing weeks of perfect hosting.

Well-kept property, wonderful view, great facilities, fantastic pool which is cleaned every 2-3 days. The house is absolutely top-notch and doesn't need to fear comparison with a 5-star hotel... except that you have it all to yourself! The only downside: animals in the attic that have "races" at night... but a skilled pest control should quickly remedy that! All in all: Great!

This house is unique! - We have now been to Villa Türkis for the third time and enjoyed our time. The house has character, it is older but very well equipped, nothing is missing! - The location is unique, very quiet, no other houses block the view from the terraces of the sea and the castle of Koroni. The house is very spacious and clean, although it is a bit dated. However, the beautiful garden with a great pool and fantastic sea view makes up for it. The landlady is very friendly and welcomed us with figs, wine, and cold beer. We found it very nice that we were allowed to stay in the villa as long as we wanted on the departure day. The only negative aspect was the lack of air conditioning in the living room. We arrived at 38 degrees and it was already very hot in the villa! We had to turn on the air conditioning in all the bedrooms to make it bearable. All in all, we had a great week at Villa Turquoise and felt very comfortable!

In summary, a wonderful house with a large garden and amazing vegetation - that means the house is really well surrounded, not too much, not too little, just ideal, cozy and comfortable. The fact that the house is showing its age is noticeable only at first, but the overall ambiance and environment quickly make you forget about it. The house is very well and practically laid out, everything in the right place. The seating areas in front of the house are each beautiful and ideal in their own way, with a wonderful view of the sea. The 60 meters elevation down to the sea via a partially idyllic path are just stimulating enough to jump into the sea at the beautiful, completely secluded pebble beach. The on-site care was nice, helpful, and worked perfectly. All in all, a house, garden, landscape, beach, and sea that invites you to come back.

We spent a wonderful holiday at Villa Türkis with seven people (four adults, three children). Although the house is a bit old and could keep a handyman busy for a while, overall, it is simply a dream. It is very spacious, has a perfect layout, a wonderful view of the sea from four bedrooms and the living room, a great pool (with nighttime lighting), and a huge garden. The journey to the house is quite adventurous due to the winding and steep roads and is impossible to find without guidance at the beginning of the holiday. The path to the beach from the garden of the house is about 300 meters along a narrow and steep path over rocks and stones. However, you are rewarded with a fantastic, often deserted, unique bay with crystal-clear water. As is typical in Greece, there were mosquitoes and wasps here too. The whole house, though, is equipped with very new-looking fly screens so that with proper caution, these "roommates" could be kept at bay. Similarly, as is customary in Greece, two sweet cats regularly stopped by, hoping for a little treat to fall their way. The neighboring town of Koroni (just under 10 minutes by car) seems to be little developed for tourism, and one could leisurely stroll through the alleyways and enjoy a piece of authentic Greece. In the numerous taverns by the harbor, one could end the day with good food. A supermarket just before Koroni can be reached by car in about 5 minutes. It takes about an hour from Kalamata Airport. It was a successful holiday all around, and we will gladly come back.

We had a very nice time at Haus Türkis. The rooms are spacious, the beds large, and there is plenty of storage space in the closets. All rooms have an exit to the outside and are equipped with mosquito protection. The entire interior is very spacious. Outside, there are several seating areas, depending on the time of day, wind, or sun. A special highlight is the round marble table with a rotating plate. Here we had breakfast every day. The pool, sun loungers, and outdoor shower - nothing is missing. The footpath to the secluded bay is well developed. Various taverns are also within easy walking distance. A great place for small groups or family vacations.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Türkis. Everything is perfect in this house. The pictures don't deceive, it's even more beautiful in person. And if the internet went down or something broke, Margarita quickly arranged for help. Her recommendations for restaurants in the area were also great. And the "private beach" is truly private. We were often alone there. We can only agree with the positive reviews - also regarding the nearby town of Koroni. We will be back :-)

This holiday home was a dream house for us. The location, architecture including interior design, and functionality are very good. 4 out of 5 bedrooms have a sea view and start the day with a great view when waking up. The panorama with the sea and the Taigetos mountain range behind it is impressive. The bright rooms with their tasteful color schemes, the fireplace, lots of marble and natural stone create a cozy atmosphere. The spacious outdoor areas are also tastefully designed and even with occupancy by 10 people, the feeling of tightness never arises. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. The stated construction year of 1999 in the brochure, however, needs to be corrected to 1992. Due to the age of the house, initial signs of aging (missing paint, weathered wood) can be observed, but they do not detract from the overall very positive impression. The management of the house by the Labropulus family, especially Margarita, works very well and is pleasant. Both speak German very well and Margarita is almost always reachable and reacts very quickly in case of problems. A holiday in this house is highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable in the charming Villa Türkis and spent a wonderful holiday. We enjoyed the view from the terrace every day. The support by the German-speaking landlord on site also worked well - she was always available and, as far as possible, addressed our concerns. We were two families (4 adults, 4 children aged 9 to 13) at the villa. There was enough space for eight people and multiple seating/loungers were available for everyone. The villa itself and the furnishings are a bit outdated and could use some renewal as well as some minor repairs/overhauls - but everything worked. We will be back!

We were already the third time in Villa Türkis - that says it all!!!! For us, the house is an oasis in a quiet location and in pristine nature. The view of the sea is wonderful and the approximately 60 meters of altitude to the beach via a romantic path, which already provides glimpses of the fantastic beach (gravelly to coarse sandy) with crystal-clear water as you walk, requires a small athletic effort. In the time of June, early July, you usually have the beach to yourself. The layout of the house itself is optimally designed, so that the relaxation area and the communal area are perfectly separated. We have grown particularly fond of the large round marble table outdoors, which is well shaded and always invites you to a relaxing breakfast with a wonderful view. The table at the back of the house and the pool area, along with the nearby barbecue area, are perfect for evening gatherings. Rita (the homeowner) is always very busy, but if something is needed, she is always eager to provide a quick solution - we have really taken her to heart. We will definitely come back!

Villa Türkis is one of our favorite addresses on the Peloponnese, a special house in a unique location with a view of the sea and the castle of Koroni. It leaves nothing to be desired, eating, grilling, lying by the pool, and enjoying the time on the great terraces - wonderful! No question about it, Turquoise is a real villa of the highest architectural standard with an incredible view over the bay of Koroni. Inside, a kitchen that has everything you need to cook really well, beautiful bright rooms and a sparkling clean pool. And if you want, a secluded beach 5 minutes away. A very nice villa with a spacious plot and a beautiful bathing bay that you sometimes have all to yourself. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is also tastefully furnished. The pool is regularly maintained. Two small criticisms: the cleanliness could be improved (but I'm also a bit picky!) and we had to search for the landlord for over half an hour. The information was not very meaningful and he said we should have called him. But we couldn't, without a phone number.

Spacious, somewhat older house in a very beautiful location with great views, beautiful garden and pool. Access very steep in parts. Distance to the village further than expected (you need the car). Relatively steep footpath to the beach, walking time about 5 minutes. But then you are practically in a private bay with sand and gravel and crystal clear water. All in all, a great, quiet holiday with a touch of luxury. Ideal for families with several middle-aged children.

We, a group of 10 motorcyclists, were looking for a house in the south of the Peloponnese and found the perfect Villa Türkis, which was in top condition. Already at the time of booking, we received first-class service from Mrs. Elvira Zillger from JASSU Reisen, who then also pulled out all the stops to reach us, as the ferries were on strike during the journey home. Competently and patiently she carried out our wishes regarding rebooking. Finally, we would like to say that the villa was handed over in a clean condition and with functioning appliances. The nearest neighbours are 5 minutes away on foot and the view is sensational. The pool was also filled in mid-April at our request. Final comment: we will be back

In June and early July, you usually have the beach to yourself. The house itself is optimally designed so that the rest area and the common area are optimally separated. We especially loved the large round marble table outside, which is well shaded and always invites you to have a relaxing breakfast with a wonderful view. The table at the back of the house and the pool area, together with the nearby barbecue area, invites you to relax in the evening. Rita (the owner of the house) is always very busy, but if something is needed she always tries to help quickly - we have taken her to our hearts. We will definitely come back again!

It is a beautifully situated, well-equipped villa. The pictures do not promise too much. You can enjoy a wonderful, undisturbed holiday there. The view from most rooms, from the huge terrace and the pool is simply magnificent. In nearby Koroni, you can eat very well or buy everything you need for self-catering. The beautiful, small "private" beach, used by very few people, is an eight-minute walk away.
