The landlord's holiday homes have a really nice location. We stayed in the holiday apartment in the first house (seen from the street) downstairs. The apartment was clean. Unfortunately, the mattresses were so worn out that we couldn't sleep well at night. We even tried putting extra blankets underneath, but that didn't help for a restful sleep (by the way, this is not necessarily a question of age - my daughter had the same problem). Unfortunately, 3 out of 4 "blankets" also smelled quite unpleasant, they should be washed. The windows did not have fly screens, so we couldn't open the windows from evening to morning. This was also unpleasant when cooking in the evening, as there was no extractor hood or similar. There was also no kettle or decent coffee maker. However, we were able to borrow a kettle from another house.

I know Koroni from 1991. I know different houses of Tsirigotis family from 1998. If I am coming back, it is because Koroni and the location of these houses are perfect.

We spent three weeks here and were overall very disappointed. We have been coming to Koroni for 30 years and have always stayed in much better accommodations - for the same price and even cheaper. - Bedrooms: The mattresses on all beds are extremely old and worn out. There was no chance of getting a restful sleep any night. We had to use blankets from the house to not feel the springs. A cot was provided to us, but it was so old and porous that no one who cares about the child's health would want their child to sleep there. Once again, an extremely old mattress was provided, and at the delivery of the bed, there was a soaked chipboard under the mattress that crumbled when we took it out. So, our baby slept with us in bed. The bedside lamps had defective light bulbs, so we had to get some to be able to read in the evening. This should please be checked before the guests arrive, as it really belongs to the basic equipment. There was a fan in the room, but it was defective - why is something like that not disposed of? Bathroom: The bathroom is very, very basic, which we are really used to from Koroni. Unfortunately, here too, the cabinet door under the sink was only hanging on one hinge, so you could constantly bump your legs. The shower curtain could also be renewed. -Kitchen: The kitchen is very simply furnished. We are already used to that. However, there are things that have nothing to do with being simple, so we banished a moldy cutting board from the kitchen for now. We have cooked a lot and really missed a workspace. There isn't one at all. This could also be improved by a small countertop next to the fridge. We didn't feel comfortable at all in this house and we wish that the agency checks the houses more thoroughly before renting them out.

We felt very comfortable like the first time (2009). The new kitchen and terrace are exemplary. The bathroom and beds are okay.

Expectation and reality have fully matched. The location and proximity to the very beautiful and at that time sparsely visited sandy beach have thrilled us.

Negative: - no welcome and house handover by the landlord, the key was in the front door, the next day the landlord's son stopped by - several of the director's chairs outside were broken and constantly collapsing underneath one, with my husband holding a hot coffee cup. Upon inquiry, the landlord brought us a new chair. The problem was obviously known to him, but action was only taken upon our request. The chairs are definitely not new, as Jassu already responded in 2021 to a similar evaluation of the chairs, even the functioning chairs could use a fresh coat of paint and are wobbly. The dining table is terribly wobbly, no meal without spilled drinks because someone touched the table. Since this is the only seating option in the house, this seating set should be properly maintained and cared for outside, or replaced! Upon arrival, there was no broom and dustpan, and there was also no grill grate on the brick-built grill, for both of which I had to ask the landlord. The "slatted frames" in the children's room consist of randomly assembled, cut-off boards that were stapled together with a torn bed sheet. This construction was a real piece of junk and disrespectful to anyone who should sleep in this bed! Every night several boards crashed to the ground when the children turned over in bed, and every morning we had to set the boards upright again. I couldn't report this problem to the landlord anymore because he didn't come by until our departure - the cottage has 2 doors, and the handles fell off both of them and had to be constantly reattached. I was able to show this to the landlord, he promised to send a craftsman over 2 days later, which, however, did not happen until our departure. The air conditioner in the children's room was very dirty inside, but the son of the landlord assured me that the filters of the air conditioners are changed at the beginning of each season - at night, the landlord's son's dog barked, whined and howled for hours, upon our request, the dog was then taken into the house at night for a few days before it started again - no suitable plug for the kitchen sink, why would one put a completely unsuitable plug in a kitchen! For me, it was not a problem to rinse under running water, but it did not contribute to saving water. It should also be in the landlord's interest that the sink can be closed. - a washing machine, but no clothesline, the only taut line in front of the cottage was not enough for a load of laundry. Strangely, there is a clothesline at Rigotis 2. It would be convenient if there were beach umbrellas to take to the beach from the house. We left ours after the vacation for the next guests, hoping it would help others.

Good: Beautiful location, lovely terrace with trees. Renovated bathroom. House is sufficiently spacious. Not so good, especially considering the price(!): No welcome or farewell from the landlord. Very poor quality chairs on the terrace, no table and chairs inside the house. Bedroom heats up excessively during the day, partly due to the inclusion of the attic space. It is absolutely outdated to address such issues solely through the electric air conditioning!

We really liked the little house, especially the spacious terrace. The view of the sea from there was fantastic. The location was ideal too; it was close to the beach and the village, but still very quiet. We would love to come back.

The house is quiet, surrounded by olive groves, about 10 minutes from the sea. Other inhabitants of the house are geckos that have probably come in through the roof, but they are more afraid of humans. However, they are active at night. The kitchen and bathroom are functional, but not up to German standards. We had a relaxing holiday surrounded by an idyllic setting - and still close to the charming town of Koroni with its numerous taverns and cafes.

The description is already very accurate! If you like to live quietly, this is the right place for you! The house is well-kept, clean, and practically furnished, we didn't miss anything and especially enjoyed the terrace and outdoor shower (both with a sea view)! A footpath leads through the vineyard to the beautiful sandy beach. The washing machine, however, is at the landlord's house, about 100 m away. We preferred to wash by hand. Conclusion: We will be back in 2010!

Beautifully renovated house. Everything you need is available. There is air conditioning in every bedroom. "Beaten path" to the sea. If we vacation in Koroni again, we would rent it again immediately.

Super nicely renovated little house. Quiet location and nice footpath to the beach through olive grove and past lemon trees. We enjoyed our stay. Great starting point for trips in the area.

The gps location was at the point. The house was very beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there. It was really relaxing. As for the distance to the beach, If you are young, it's within walking distance (7-10 mins). If not, it's two minutes drive with easy parking. I do recommend this place, if you want a relaxing holiday in the nature!

The house is quietly situated in the middle of olive groves, about 10 minutes from the sea. Other inhabitants of the house include geckos, which have safely come through the roof, but are rather afraid of humans. Nevertheless, they are active at night. Kitchen and bathroom are functional, you can't go by German standards there. We had a relaxing holiday in the middle of an idyll - and still close to the pretty village of Koroni with its numerous tavernas and cafes.

we felt very comfortable in and around the house. The sea view, the terrace and the outdoor shower (hose!) were great. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean. The air conditioning was excellent in August. The new windows with blinds kept the small animals out. The creaky bed could be made quiet with a pocket knife. The fittings were loose. Only the kitchen gets deductions 3-burner gas cooker - no electric cooker, no extractor bonnet, no coffee machine (only filter and thermos). Kitchen window, worktop and cooker should be urgently renewed. All in all, we spent great days there.

The house is beautifully situated in the middle of an old vineyard with a great view of olive trees, vines and the sea. A functional and very cleanly furnished house with everything you need. The only drawback is the lack of separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. The partially shaded terrace is beautiful. We felt very comfortable and had a perfect rest. If you are looking for peace and original Greece, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back!
