We were in the house for the second time because we simply like the quiet location. However, more could be done with the cozy house. Above all, the access to the property must definitely be leveled. It was pleasing that the mattresses in the large bedroom have now also been replaced.

Very quietly located house. Equipment is okay. No sun lounger, we had to buy a clothesline ourselves. Mattress very hard for our taste. Otherwise, you can spend a nice and quiet holiday. The beach is also quickly accessible. Caution when choosing the vehicle, the house is accessible via a bumpy road, and our vehicle has already bottomed out.

The terrace is beautiful with a great view, but unfortunately, the lounge chairs that should be there were missing. The kitchen is not in good condition: the extractor above the stove is falling apart, the refrigerator is rusty and hard to close, and there is too little dishware, e.g., no small bowls... Bathroom: the shower head was completely calcified, which we then fixed; there is a smell from the floor drains of feces, especially when showering when the water drains. The rooms are beautifully renovated and bright, and the air conditioning is new and good. There is a bit little space for luggage, etc.

Apart from a few difficulties at the beginning, it was a very relaxing vacation at Rigotis 2. We would love to come back.

The house is as described, but the landlord is not good at all. For the first 4 days, we had about 2 hours of electricity per day, constant outages, and these were not power outages affecting everyone but only the property. All neighbors had electricity, and of course, there was no hot water, but the boiler was also broken. It was replaced on the 5th day. After several calls, including to Jassu, electricity and water were finally okay after 5 days. It is very unfortunate because it is a beautiful accommodation but when nothing works, it is very unpleasant. It seems that everything is fine now, but we were not satisfied.

the big plus is the truly fantastic location! The downside is the very basic bathroom, you can't really shower without getting everything wet - we always used the outdoor shower (which of course has no hot water). The stove was broken, the front right burner could not be turned off anymore (meaning you had to always turn the circuit breaker on and off, the oven didn't work at all). The owner, who only speaks Greek, made a half-hearted attempt, but during our stay (2 weeks - and we showed it to him right on the first day), he didn't repair anything.

Bed linen and towels were not changed even once in the 10 days we were there. There were mice under the roof and geckos in the room, the beach promised to be 400 meters away, but also 100 meters downhill, through backyards and gardens. Stones on and in the water and no loungers with umbrellas...but the view from above was fantastic... The kitchen was well-equipped and had a large refrigerator. The landlady did not speak English or German; we only said: Kalimera, Kalinikta näh, näh, näh.

Overall, we had a wonderful 2 weeks. On a terrace overlooking the sea and olive trees. The beach is within walking distance. The town is about a 25-minute walk away. The cottage was simply furnished but sufficient for two adults. In my opinion, the house is not suitable for 5 adults. It's okay for a couple with 3 small children. You have to pass through the room with the double bed to get to the bathroom. When you enter the house, you are directly in the room with the 3 single beds.

Beautiful stay in this simple yet clean house with a lovely terrace and sea view. The Sagastrand is about a 10-minute walk away and very nice and quiet. The house is very basic but has everything you need. Some things could be improved, such as the shower and the mattresses. We had a lovely time in this holiday home. Koroni is a beautiful village where you can find everything you need (about 5 minutes by car). Birgit and family.

The house is quiet, surrounded by olive groves, about 10 minutes from the sea. Other residents of the house are geckos, who have surely come through the roof but are more afraid of people. However, they are active at night. The kitchen and bathroom are functional, but not up to German standards. We had a relaxing holiday in the midst of an idyllic setting - yet close to the pretty town of Koroni with its numerous tavernas and cafes.

A footpath leads through the vineyard to the beautiful sandy beach. However, the washing machine is located at the landlord's place, about 100 m away. We preferred to wash by hand. Conclusion: We will come back in 2010!

We made it true and came back after 2009. The house has been extensively renovated in the meantime, the terrace enlarged and there is nothing to complain about! Everything you need is here. If you like to live undisturbed with a beautiful view, this is the place for you!

The house is beautifully situated in the middle of an old vineyard with a great view of olive trees, vines and the sea. A functional and very cleanly furnished house with everything you need. The only drawback is the lack of separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. The partially shaded terrace is beautiful. We felt very comfortable and had a perfect rest. If you are looking for peace and original Greece, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back!
