The house has a beautiful view and the path to the beach is easy to walk. The furnishings are clean. The mattresses should be replaced and there should be enough cutlery. (We had exactly 4 spoons and 7 knives. The microwave is still just as defective as last year, although we had pointed it out both in writing and verbally. At least the windows have been fitted with mosquito screens. This is a welcome improvement. Otherwise, it is a beautiful property and the terrace is great.

Apartment and location good, really great view of the sea, large balcony with the possibility to hang laundry, tenants in the apartment below were hardly heard, washing machine on the property was available and could be used, apartment furnishings were functional, kitchen equipment was sufficient, negative was that there were no mosquito nets, to the sea it takes about 5-10 minutes on foot through an olive grove, down there is a beach with coarse sand and gravel at the shore.

The apartment is very beautiful and well-maintained. The view over the sea is wonderful. The footpath to the sea takes a bit of time, but the path through olive trees, vineyards, and gardens is shady and lovely. The attractive beach also offers plenty of space even in the summer season and has sun until the evening. One should definitely bring a car; otherwise, shopping or a trip to Koroni 'downtown' will be tedious. Unfortunately, there is no outdoor shower as described, and while using the water hose is fun, the neighbor did not find it so funny...

Nice apartment, but neglected. Since the small shower head was half clogged, we borrowed a shower head from a friend on site - we have been regularly visiting Koroni since the early 90s and have stayed at Jorgo's several times. The freezer did not close properly and defrosted. We had to get fresh laundry ourselves. No one came to bring fresh laundry. No cleaning supplies were available, nor toilet paper. The elderly can no longer do it, but there is no one here to take care of it. Very nice location and apartment, but overpriced due to lack of service and maintenance.

We have visited Koroni many times, but this was our first time in this apartment. We will come back. The apartment is roomy and peaceful, with a large balcony offering stunning sea views. Excellent. The owner is very friendly but speaks only Greek. It would be helpful to have information like the wifi password in other languages.

The apartment is excellent, but the barking of dogs is disturbing and unavoidable. A satellite TV would be desirable.

Very beautiful, large and well-maintained apartment. Large terrace with a wonderful view over the sea. The footpath to the sea is quite dusty and a bit cumbersome with beach equipment (sun umbrella, sand toys etc.) and small children. Very quiet location, a car should definitely be available.

It is a wonderfully located house with a dreamy large balcony terrace where we spent a lot of time. The walk to the beach is also a beautiful stroll through olive groves to the sea.

The house is very nicely located, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Sagabeach (sandy beach). Great terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun. In the morning, you can have breakfast on the rear lounge. Unfortunately, the pull-out couch was so small that it was only sufficient for a small child. Five people fit comfortably, our sixth person had to sleep on the lounger. :( Otherwise, a well-equipped holiday home.

Hello Jassu Team, that was again a wonderful vacation in this accommodation. The cleanliness was excellent and we felt very well taken care of. Thanks to the spacious, sheltered and covered terrace, we could enjoy the view and the long evenings there very much. Hearing so much about negative surprises with other vacation apartment renters, we are very grateful that we have never had this experience with Jassu. We will definitely come back. We (parents and three teenagers) spent three weeks in the apartment and were very satisfied. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and functionally equipped. The refrigerator did not work, but was promptly replaced after we informed the host. There is air conditioning in the living room, but not in the bedrooms. A highlight of the upper apartment is the large terrace with a view over olive trees to the sea. The beach is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes via a beautiful, but partially steep path, and the charming town of Koroni is about a 20-minute walk away. The surf/sailing school at the beach was great for our children.

Hello Jassu team, that was a nice holiday again in this accommodation. The cleanliness was excellent and we felt very well received.
Thanks to the spacious, wind-protected and covered terrace, we were able to enjoy the view and the long evenings there.
When you hear so much about negative surprises with other vacation apartment rental companies, you are also very grateful that you have never had to make this experience with Jassu. We will of course come back.

The three of us, a couple and a grown-up daughter, had an excellent holiday. The landlords were very friendly and accommodating (we arrived at the house at 5:00 in the morning and the landlord was waiting for us). The flat on the first floor has a wonderful sea view and a very good view of the Mani/the Taigetos mountains. Interior was in good condition and absolutely sufficient for three people. The way to the beach is bumpy, but worth every step for the wonderful stretch of beach. We only had one wish: mosquito screens on the windows. We will book this flat again. Koroni with its harbour life is within easy reach and offers a change of pace if the peace and quiet disturbs you too much. Jassu

quiet and beautiful location; distance to the harbour with taverns and supermarkets 1.65 km; way down to the beach 0.5 km; height above sea level 36 m. Landlords are an elderly couple who speak only Greek; communication therefore difficult. In cold weather the flat is uncomfortable, as only the living room can be heated by the air-conditioning (on 3 days due to power failure it stayed cold and there was also no possibility for a hot drink). As we were the first guests after the winter, the flat still smelled musty. The taps in the kitchen and bathroom had no aerators, so areas that were supposed to stay dry were watered accordingly. If you want a TV, you have to make do with a Greek channel. As we only had our breakfast in the flat, we did not notice any utensils that might have been missing to prepare a meal. The most beautiful thing about the flat is the balcony, which is sunny in the mornings and from which you have a beautiful view over the olive trees to the sea. If you like hiking, there are some nice and not too difficult paths in the surroundings of Koroni in spring. Apart from the temperature in the flat, we enjoyed our holiday in the region. With the nice taxi driver Kostas, you can also get to know the wider surroundings in a relaxed way.

The Jorgos flat is spacious, practical and also quite comfortably furnished. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Except for a few small things, we had everything we needed to cater for ourselves. The landlords are very helpful and immediately replaced the broken sandwich toaster and coffee machine when we complained about them. All in all, highly recommended for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet. It is easy to walk to Koroni if you want to avoid the chaos in the narrow streets by car. The way to the beach leads through the garden and past some properties. It is easily doable in about 10-15 minutes.

We stayed in the flat in mid-October 2015 and felt very comfortable: pleasantly discreet furnishings, beautiful view of the sea from the spacious covered terrace. Zaga Beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The landlords were very friendly.

In the house Jorgos we especially enjoyed the wonderful terrace with the sea view. Everything was as described, the flat very cosy and the room layout generous, the kitchen well equipped. The landlords live in the neighbouring house and have a friendly housekeeper who takes care of the cleanliness of all the holiday homes (Jorgos, Anastassia, Rigotis) - everything was tiptop. A path winds down to Zaga beach, view of Koroni, beautiful sea. All the sights and excursion destinations of the first Peloponnese finger are within easy reach. We can only recommend this beautiful and well located holiday flat!

Very nice is the large terrace in the upper flat with the view over olive trees to the sea. The beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes via a beautiful, but partly quite steep path, to Koroni (very nice, small town!) you can walk in about 20 minutes. The surf/sailing school on the beach was great for our children.
