We really enjoyed our stay in the house. We appreciated the design that offers complete privacy, the flooring, and the numerous windows. The bed was comfortable, and the outdoor shower was fantastic. The lovely sunlit terrace was perfect for relaxing all day, though it would have been even better with a proper awning for some shade. Despite the road being close by, it was surprisingly quiet. The location is great too with a small supermarket and vegetable seller only a few minutes away by car. The owners of these shops are lovely. We also recommend the taverna across the road. The food was excellent and the owner looks after the house, so we felt safe knowing that. Of course, you have a great choice of beaches. The ones we liked best are about 30 minutes drive further south. All in all, this house is a special place and we were sad to leave.

La casa è proprio come ce l’aspettavamo dalle foto: anzi al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Bellissimi momenti passati a guardare lo stupendo mare. La casa, semplice ma bellissima, è rifornita di tutto. È luminosissima con tante porte finestre che danno sul terrazzo. Gli host sono superlativi.

The house is located in a beautiful bay. Several beaches can be reached by car from there. The most beautiful feature is the terrace, which can get very hot in summer and has minimal sun protection. It is not overlooked and provides complete peace and quiet. The outdoor shower is also very practical. There is a very good restaurant directly opposite the house whose owner speaks fluent German. Overall, it was a very successful and relaxing vacation.

Location of the house: optimal. From the large terrace, there is a wonderful view of the sea and the opposite coast. If you don't want to cook, you can visit the tavern just above the house; the owner speaks German. To explore the Mani and other beaches, a car would definitely be advantageous. Facilities: complete, also in the kitchen. The handover by Mr. Anastopoulos was very hospitable and accommodating. He also speaks perfect German.

Original, yet functional house in a wonderful location: The view from the terrace of the Lakonian Gulf and the adjacent shores is breathtaking. Now also equipped with air conditioning, so that the nighttime heat loses its terror. Very rural, but not really secluded: Githio is within reach, and for smaller purchases, there are shops at a short distance. The tavern across the street is equally recommended, and the owner is multilingual. The paths to beautiful and uncrowded beaches are also not far. As a family of three, we felt very comfortable here and can imagine coming back again.

A great house with a fantastic terrace that offers a wide view of the sea. The house is equipped with everything necessary, the on-site contact persons respond quickly and uncomplicatedly. The biggest and really significant downside in the height of summer is the lack of air conditioning (and only for that reason 4 stars), the existing fan does not provide relief on hot summer nights. The terrace should actually be more extensive and functional, equipped with an awning, otherwise the fantastic view is not sun-protected in the morning.

Beautifully located, simple holiday home for 2 people. Equipped with everything necessary. Clean, good beds, very quiet, with fantastic views of the sea. Having breakfast on the terrace is a dream! The only downside is the overgrown garden and the lack of access to the sea. One point deduction for the periodically starting lift pump (?), which pumps wastewater into the underground septic tank. It only lasts a few seconds and you get used to it, but it can be annoying at night.

The house is quietly located, with a great view, and simply furnished. But everything necessary is available. We felt very comfortable here and spontaneously extended our stay by one day. It is a very good starting point for day trips by car. In the evening, you can treat yourself well in the restaurant opposite run by Wassilios. The zucchini balls are a hit, definitely try them! All in all, it was a nice time there :-)

The house captivated us from the first moment - first in the photos on the internet, then even more so upon our arrival: stylishly situated in a wonderful location. The welcome from Georg and his wife was warm, their helpfulness even got us an internet connection on the first day. The books and maps about the Mani provided us with a lot of knowledge. We enjoyed our time there, didn't have a rainy day where we might have missed comfortable seating.

The house in Ageranos corresponds to the description. The location is very quiet and the unobstructed view from the large terrace of the bay is beautiful. The house is clean, functionally furnished and equipped with everything necessary. We enjoyed our vacation days in this pleasant and peaceful environment very much.

The most amazing thing was the incredible view of the sea and the coastline from the terrace, which we enjoyed for many hours. Very friendly on-site service by Georg, who speaks good German. The house, designed by the star architect Wolf Prix, is a bit spartan (that's probably how it should be in Lakonia ;), but has everything you need. The only downer is that there is no wifi.

In general, everything was good. The house is comfortable with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the sea. The managers welcomed us very kindly with homemade olive oil, wine, olives and handmade soap and provided us with internet reception where none was advertised. One suggestion for improvement is to cover the whole length of the terrace in the summer, the awning is too translucent and so this side cannot be used in the morning in the summer heat. The "natural garden" shows signs of neglect, e.g. old irrigation hoses and cables hanging over the trees, half-dried fruit and ornamental plants and on closer inspection we discovered some rubbish from the builders, i.e. plastic cups and bottles. Since the house is also rented out to travellers with pets, please do not put out rat poison, especially right next to the entrance door.

Very friendly landlord who responds promptly to text enquiries throughout the stay. House ok (clean, spacious); no double bed. Fantastic view of the sea from the large terrace. Garden under the terrace unkempt, spoils the view a little. Good taverna opposite.
