It’s a beautiful villa within walking distance of the centre of Stoupa and all it has to offer. The villa was spotlessly clean with every amenity you could wish for. We had the most enjoyable week.

What can I say? The villa is first class, so well equipped with an abundance of kitchen equipment and linen/towels. The salt water pool is to die for although beware of swimming costumes turning slightly green! Stoupa is just fabulous, has everything but is equally unspoiled. Would highly recommend this villa!

It was a beautiful house. Only 12 minutes walk to Stoupa beach. The house itself is equipped with everything. More than enough towels. Clean beautiful bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. Nice pool, but not very big. Furthermore, you are completely private. Also a well-working fixed barbecue. In short, we enjoyed this house and the beautiful surroundings.

Everything that is needed is available. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped. Sharp knives! Good pans and pots. Wonderful mattresses. Insect screens on the windows.

We were at House Spiti-Manolis for the first time. From booking to handing over the house, everything went wonderfully. The house is one of the most well-thought-out and high-quality ones we have ever had, and we have been to many. The pool is large, beds very comfortable, air conditioning very quiet, kitchen fully equipped, with fly screens on every window and door. Although there is no lawn, as stated in the description, the outdoor area was beautifully green with many plants. Inside and outside very well maintained and clean. The on-site support was excellent. When there was a small issue with the pool, someone was on site within 20 minutes. Oh, and in previous reviews, the chickens next door were mentioned. We found them very quaint. Like a vacation on a farm :) All in all, a house that we can recommend 100%.

Fantastisch huis met werkelijk alle voorzieningen die je kunt wensen. Uitstekend zwembad, prima barbecue, fijne tafel buiten. Wat ons verder goed beviel waren de privé-badkamer bij ieder slaapkamer, de keuken voorzien van alle gemakken en de wasmachine en droger. En hoe mooi dat je verse citroenen zo van de boom kunt plukken. Verder ook mooi dat je lopend naar Stoupa en de supermarkt kunt. Niets dan lof dus. Enige minpunt vonden wij de kwaliteit van de internetverbinding. Dat hadden we hier beter verwacht. We hadden in ieder geval gehoopt om na een dag in de zon, in de zee en op het strand (gecombineerd met een prima lunch!) even een Nederlands programma en een voetbalwedstrijd te zien. Aanvankelijk kwamen we niet verder dan 4 Mbps. Nadat we dat hadden aangekaart hadden bij Katy (waarover veel dank voor al haar hulp), was het iets beter (10 Mbps). En prompt viel het internet een dag lang uit.

We loved the house, its location and all the bathrooms! We were a group of friends so loved having a bedroom and bathroom each. Lots of towels and linen provided. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings (when the local cockerels allowed!) and the pool. Lovely place to relax. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed to cook and had plenty of cutlery and crockery so we never ran out even when the dishwasher was full. It was great being able to walk to the bakery and the supermarket. The beach in Stoupa was a bit further but still walkable. The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide an English language version of the house instructions in the house, not just by email. Otherwise it was as advertised, except that the twice weekly cleaning did not happen.

Beautiful house, very functionally furnished with mosquito protection (very useful against the many mosquitoes). The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, each room with its own bathroom. The way to the beach is about a 10-minute walk, the way back is a bit more difficult as it is uphill. Large supermarket in close proximity. Only suitable for children to a limited extent, as there is no real garden, but a nice pool.

A truly great house. The first impression really blew us away. After arriving in Kalamata, we traveled to the house by rental car. On the way, there is a large Lidl where you can stock up on all necessary groceries. Upon arrival at the house, we found a well-stocked fridge with a fruit bowl and Mythos. That was already a successful start. :)) The house and the outdoor areas are very well-maintained and clean. All rooms can be air conditioned and all windows are equipped with insect screens against mosquitoes. The highlight is, of course, the large pool, which is cleaned and maintained every day by a pool boy. The children had a great time, so we even included a pool day in our vacation, although the beautiful beaches are not far away. The morning walk to the bakery is within walking distance and the tavernas are almost lined up in the bay. Recommendations would be Pefko, Akrogiali, and at the other end of the bay, Enigma. All in all, it was a great vacation and a successful break.

We stayed at Spiti Manolis for the 3rd time. We have been regular users of holiday homes in Greece for years. We are not aware of any comparable house to the equipment at Spiti Manolis. We are more than satisfied with the location and equipment of the house. We were used to the cackling chickens. Irene and Bernhard have taken care of our well-being.

We had a wonderful week in this house with 3 couples. Everything as described, very well equipped, good mattresses, plenty of towels etc. The daily pool inspection in the morning was discreet and quick and did not bother at all. The handling through Jasssu and on site through Kathy was excellent. We would come back.

The facilities were very good. Also, it was very clean. The house management was flawless. The pool man was there briefly for water testing every day and the cleaning lady was there several times to fill/empty the washer/dryer. The rooster and the dogs from the neighboring property were sometimes a bit loud at night - that's real Greece... The location is not completely isolated, but still quiet. In any case, the seven of us had a wonderful holiday in this vacation home and would love to come back...

We stayed at the holiday home with 3 couples and were thrilled with our vacation. The house is very functional, offers a lot of privacy, each bedroom with integrated bathroom plus a 4th bathroom on the living room level, all comforts, is very well, generously and high-quality equipped. The covered terrace by the pool and the pool itself are the highlights of the house. We spent wonderful afternoons and evenings in and around the pool and had a great time. The BBQ area is well designed and functional, unfortunately only grilled one evening. The plants and flowers around the house are a delight for the senses. The holiday home is beautifully quiet, just outside Stoupa, near Lefktro. We recommend the fine sandy beach Kalogria in Stoupa, the Ritsa beach near Kardamili, both with sun loungers, and the beautiful Kalamitsi beach, which is not managed. After discussing in the group, it was the best holiday home vacation for each of us. We say it is a great holiday home, highly recommend it, and will definitely come again.

The house exceeded our expectations! There was nothing missing. Although we were only two people, the house is also super divided for several people: Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom and two rooms have access to the pool via the balcony. The equipment and electrical appliances are of high quality; no cheap dishes, good pots and pans, and the beds are very comfortable. The location of the house was also pleasant; it is very quiet there (if a crowing rooster doesn't bother you). The house is also not visible, there is only one neighboring house, but the neighbors were not there during our time. The German owner left us a detailed and loving description, giving tips for dining out (there are numerous great taverns), hiking trails, etc. We especially liked the wonderful bike path (about 5 km) along the cliffs between Stoupa and Ag. Nikolaos, we rented bikes right across from the bakery. The village itself is small and quiet, the sandy beach (also at the neighboring beach "Kalogria" with a beach bar) is wonderful and everything is within walking distance (or by bike) relatively quickly. In conclusion: we will be back!

Yes, we are repeat offenders... After our first stay in September 2020, we booked Spiti Manolis again 5 days after returning. Why? A beautifully located house with high-quality interior and exterior. We had a wonderful stay at Spiti-Manolis. The house is equipped with a lot of love and we didn't miss anything. The equipment is very modern! The beds are very comfortable, there are enough towels and bed linen, and all rooms are clean and thoughtfully furnished. We had breakfast and grilled on the beautiful terrace. The pool is also very pleasant and is cleaned frequently. Stoupa is a sweet little village that offers a lot. There are two beautiful beaches near the house and Stoupa village has numerous tavernas! Hiking and excursions are also possible in the area. Thank you for the lovely time.

The equipment was very good. It was also very clean. The housekeeping was impeccable. The pool man came every day for a short check and the cleaning lady was there several times to fill/empty the washing machine/dryer. The rooster and dogs from the neighboring property were sometimes a bit loud at night - that's probably real Greece... The location is not completely lonely, but still quiet. The house is lovingly furnished and we wanted for nothing. The furnishings are very modern! The beds are very comfortable, there are enough towels as well as bed linen and all rooms are clean and thoughtfully furnished.

Stoupa is a cute little place that offers a lot. There are two beautiful beaches close to the house and the village of Stoupa offers many tavernas!

We recommend the fine sandy beach of Kalogria in Stoupa, Ritsa beach near Kardamili, both with sunbeds, and the beautiful Kalamitsi beach, which is not managed. The best house we had booked through Jassu so far (and we were always satisfied with the others too)! Top equipment, very well maintained, tastefully and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor area with the plants and flowers and the pool are a dream. The fact that each room has its own bathroom is also very convenient! There were four of us (1 couple and two singles) so we used all the bedrooms. The utility room with washing machine and dryer was also very handy. Pool towels were also available! The barbecue area was also very nice, fresh fish was cheap every morning in the neighbouring village of Agios Nikolaos at the harbour (10EUR/kilo). We also liked the record and CD collection and used it extensively :-)
