Super quiet location. The beach is only a few meters away, and it's not too far to the city. The landlords are super nice and helpful. The house has everything you need for a great holiday.

Otherwise, we didn't notice anything from the landlords (also not as described by some guests wine/fruit/vegetables or similar). We (1 couple) felt very comfortable, but you must like this seclusion. Car absolutely necessary.

Very nice, simple cottage, but equipped with everything you need, in great proximity to the beach with friendly Greek landlords. The house is located away from any road (only a dirt road leads there) with plenty of distance to the surrounding buildings. For small children, the swing with plenty of sand beneath it is wonderful. The only downside is if insects bother you a lot (especially woodlice and millipedes, which take over the house in large numbers every night even with closed windows/doors), then maybe this is not the best place for you.

After our Peloponnese tour, I have to say that our 2-week stay in Koroni was definitely the best. The town and the beach are a little gem. We explored the surroundings (Finikunda, Ochsenbauchbucht...) and then preferred the beach to all the surrounding ones! The house is detached, in a vineyard, a path through the reeds leads to the clean sandy beach 200m away, which you practically have to yourself in this area. Surf school and rental available if needed, 400m away. Koroni within sight and walking distance, both via the beach and road. The house is very simply furnished, 2 double beds, mosquito nets (few mosquitoes in Aug/Sept), air conditioning, clean linens, beautiful terrace with sea view, absolutely quiet. Although we couldn't quite communicate with our landlord (who lives 500m away), he showered us with grapes, eggs, and oil. A flatter pillow and a new toaster were immediately provided. Very discreet, you feel alone, but prompt support if needed. Internet at the house accessible via mobile network. Good supermarket within a 5-minute drive. Overall, everything was excellent.

We have now been in this cottage for the second time and we really enjoyed it again. The quiet location near the sea with a wonderful view is hard to beat! The house is simple but clean and well-maintained. The landlord is very friendly, helpful, and provided us with vegetables from his own garden. Unfortunately, the (great) mosquito screens on the terrace doors cannot be closed at the same time as the shutters, which would be great at night. Despite these small flaws, we will gladly come back again!

We had a fabulous time at a dreamy place. The cottage is beautifully located, with a view of the sea, passing by olive trees and bamboo to reach the sea, which takes less than 2 minutes, and at night you can hear the waves. The landlords are super nice and the house is beautiful, simple, equipped with everything important. Especially great is the veranda/terrace facing the sea, accessible from both rooms. A hidden gem!

Great experience. We definitely would like to come back. The cottage house was spacious and clean. There is a large terrace with a sea view. 7 min to get to the beach and swim in super clean water. 15-20 min walk along the sea to get to Koroni. The host was very kind and helpful. The only thing we did not like was the access road - it was very steep and muddy after rain.

This is exactly how we wanted our stay in the holiday home to be. The accommodation is very simple, but just as well maintained. The view, the tranquillity and the proximity to the beach were exactly to our taste. Mr. and Mrs. Bizos were immediately on hand when needed and amazed us with their unobtrusive friendliness, helpfulness and generosity! True, the only drawback:lack of deckchairs.

Simple, clean, (very) quiet is this great accommodation on the edge of the tranquil and beautiful Koroni. If you are good on foot (the way to the centre is about 1.5 km, with plenty of difference in altitude, as well as the way to the beach) and are looking for peace and quiet in your accommodation, you have come to the right place. We simply had a great time there.

We explored the surrounding area (Finikunda, Ox Belly Bay...) and then preferred the beach to all the surrounding ones! The house is very simply equipped, 2 double beds, mosquito nets with minimal mosquitoes in Aug/Sept, air conditioning, clean linen, nice terrace with sea view, absolutely quiet. We couldn't quite communicate with our landlord (lives 500m away) but he showered us with grapes, eggs and oil. A flatter pillow and new toaster were there immediately. We stayed for 1 week in this nice cottage, 3 adults with one child, we liked it very much, especially the location is great, the proximity to the natural beach and the very nice landlords who provided us with olive oil, vegetables, olives, etc. The cottage is simply furnished but has everything you need. The cottage is simply furnished, but everything you need is there. There are sunbeds and parasols, the beds are good. Everything is uncomplicated and very cordial, to be recommended.
