Our cabin 27 is located on the Duxeralm in Hochkrimml at about 1,600 meters altitude. It is a natural wooden cabin with two separate holiday apartments – the FeWo Paul and the FeWo Louisa. You can reach the lift and cross-country trail in a few minutes on foot (approx. 300 m), so your car can also stay parked.
The FeWo Paul offers space for up to 4 people and is just right for all those who love the special cabin feeling. After a day on the slopes, hiking or mountain biking, you can make yourself comfortable in the cozy living and dining area. Additionally, there is a separate TV and reading room. From there, a small wooden ladder leads to the rustic sleeping loft under the roof, which is especially popular with children.
The apartment also has a separate bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space. The small kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing cabin holiday.
Like many genuine mountain huts, our hut has also remained rather rustic. The bathroom is therefore small, but functional and naturally features a shower, toilet, heating, and hot water.
In front of the hut is your own carport parking space. In winter, your skis can be stored directly on the ski rack under the carport. The sunny south-facing veranda is especially lovely. Here you can have breakfast in the sun in the morning or enjoy the fresh mountain air after an active day of vacation. Right in front, a small stream babbles, surrounded by fir trees and meadows.
Our hut is located among other huts and houses, yet Hochkrimml is a wonderfully quiet and relaxing place. Anyone who appreciates nature, mountains, and cozy cabin atmosphere is exactly right here. We ourselves have been spending our holidays here for many years and always love the special atmosphere in Hochkrimml anew. Maybe you will feel the same way soon.

A beautiful vacation in Krimml is coming to an end.
Dear Ms. Kruse,
we arrived home safely last night and would like to give you some brief feedback on our stay.
First of all, thank you for contributing to our wonderful vacation with your cabin. As a host (service, accessibility, friendliness), you are hard to surpass, and the comprehensive amenities of the cabin are great. Two points we would like to address openly, as they could be improved with little effort:
1) The bathroom:
For the available space and its age, it is well usable. However, a small adjustment could significantly increase comfort: The holder for the showerhead is mounted very low – our 1.95 m tall son had it at belly button height. A higher mounting would be a noticeable improvement. 2) Cleanliness:
At first glance, everything seemed tidy, but upon closer inspection, we found some cobwebs, dust bunnies under the bench, as well as dust remnants on shelves and the little chairs in the bedroom.
Despite these minor issues, we had a very nice vacation and wish you continued success with your rental.

Ski vacation
It was a completely successful vacation. We would love to come back. The ground in front of the bench by the front door should be checked, it creaked a lot and felt brittle.

super cozy little cabin with a lot of charm!
We spent two weeks over Christmas with our two children in the holiday apartment Paul (Cottage 27) in Hochkrimml and felt comfortable from the very first moment.
The apartment is very cozy, rustic, and lovingly furnished, just right for a relaxing time in the mountains. We particularly liked that it felt like a real little home overall and that we could spend a truly wonderful Christmas time there. The landlord happened to be in a neighboring apartment at the same time, very nice and always approachable. Questions were answered immediately, and the entire process was quick and completely uncomplicated.
The location is also great: close to the elevator and very practical when traveling with children. There are shopping options right nearby, the SPAR is practically around the corner.
We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the vacation apartment.

... we would have liked to stay longer....
Dear Ms. Kruse,
unfortunately, we had to drive home today. We would have liked to escape everyday life for longer. It was a very nice, relaxing vacation. The Paul cabin is simply unique. You find peace as soon as you enter it. The coziness is indescribable. ❤️ In the vacation apartment, you become aware of life again and realize how little you actually need to be happy and content. We missed nothing and would have preferred to stay forever. I would recommend their accommodation at any time, and we are already considering when we will come back.

Cozy and loving
We were three there for 4 nights and it was really great! Super location, everything clean and well-maintained – you can tell that someone is putting in effort here. Everything was just right, we would come back anytime!

Dear vacationers, we would be very happy if you like the beautiful area and nature in Hochkrimml as well as our apartments as much as we do. We can only recommend Hochkrimml, in winter but also in summer. It is pure relaxation.
