Our "Hütte 27" is a rustic wooden cabin – a semi-detached cabin with two separate holiday apartments – FeWo Paul and FeWo Louisa. It is located on the Duxeralm-Hochkrimml at an altitude of 1600m and only about 300m from the lift and cross-country trail. Each apartment accommodates 4 people.
In the HOLIDAY APARTMENT PAUL there is a living and dining area for cozy evenings after a wonderful day of skiing, hiking, or mountain biking. Additionally, a cozy TV/reading room, which also contains a spacious wardrobe. From here, a small wooden ladder leads to the sleeping loft (attic with 1.40m standing height (!) at the highest point), which children especially always find great. It offers space for 2 people (2x90x200) and is very rustic.
In the bedroom there is a 140 double bed with a single mattress (1x140x200) as well as a spacious wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob (4 burners) stove with oven as well as a refrigerator (with small freezer compartment), a coffee machine (filter/ground coffee), and a toaster. There is no microwave.
Since the cabin is quite natural and therefore very cozy and charming, it only has a small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and shower. Of course, there is heating and hot water. All fittings as well as all kitchen equipment, duvets, pillows, and decorative items were renewed in June 2021.
The cabin is not standing alone in isolation, but is situated among other houses and cabins. However, I can still guarantee you peace and relaxation, as Hochkrimml is a beautiful, small, idyllic mountain village.
Directly in front of the cabin is the carport parking space belonging to the holiday apartment. Your skis can be placed in winter directly under the carport at the ski rack. There is a south-facing veranda where you can sit wonderfully in the sun during summer. Also on the garden side, in front of the veranda, a small stream bordered by fir trees babbles.

Ski vacation
It was a completely successful vacation. We would love to come back. The ground in front of the bench by the front door should be checked, it creaked a lot and felt brittle.

super cozy little cabin with a lot of charm!
We spent two weeks over Christmas with our two children in the holiday apartment Paul (Cottage 27) in Hochkrimml and felt comfortable from the very first moment.
The apartment is very cozy, rustic, and lovingly furnished, just right for a relaxing time in the mountains. We particularly liked that it felt like a real little home overall and that we could spend a truly wonderful Christmas time there. The landlord happened to be in a neighboring apartment at the same time, very nice and always approachable. Questions were answered immediately, and the entire process was quick and completely uncomplicated.
The location is also great: close to the elevator and very practical when traveling with children. There are shopping options right nearby, the SPAR is practically around the corner.
We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the vacation apartment.

... we would have liked to stay longer....
Dear Ms. Kruse,
unfortunately, we had to drive home today. We would have liked to escape everyday life for longer. It was a very nice, relaxing vacation. The Paul cabin is simply unique. You find peace as soon as you enter it. The coziness is indescribable. ❤️ In the vacation apartment, you become aware of life again and realize how little you actually need to be happy and content. We missed nothing and would have preferred to stay forever. I would recommend their accommodation at any time, and we are already considering when we will come back.

Cozy and loving
We were three there for 4 nights and it was really great! Super location, everything clean and well-maintained – you can tell that someone is putting in effort here. Everything was just right, we would come back anytime!

We can only recommend Hochkrimml, in winter but also in summer. It is pure relaxation.
