The good location, only 800 mtr. to the beach. The selected materials and the modern furnishing, air conditioning, German SAT-TV in the living room and in all bedrooms, free WLAN in all areas and fly screens on all windows, ensure a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
The 542 sqm property is completely surrounded by a wall and has a beautiful terrace, a pop-up pool, garage and a parking space in front of the garage.
The living room is equipped with an L-shaped sofa set with sleeping possibility, satellite TV with a flat screen 50 inch as well as a stereo system with CD player
the adjoining open kitchen with counter to the living room is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, high quality crockery and cutlery, stainless steel pots etc.
One of the bedrooms with double beds 2x90x200 cm, has direct access (en suite) to the adjoining bathroom and is equipped with SAT-TV with flat screen.

Villa Arabella is located in Miami-Platja (Playa) in Catalonia on the Costa Dorada, in a pure villa area, no high-rise buildings.
Sea distance approx. 800 mtr., 6-10 min. by foot, 5 min. by car, extensive 12 km long well-kept sandy beach with picturesque bays
Shopping facilities: approx. 5-10 min. on foot, supermarkets, butchers, banks, good restaurants, pharmacy, German doctor and dentist etc
The area is widely known for its pleasant climate all year round. In summer, the temperatures are usually pleasant because there is almost always a light breeze from the sea or the nearby mountains.
The Bonmont Golf Club is 10 minutes away by car. The marina of L'Hospitalet de L'Infant is only 2 kilometres away, and the Port Aventura amusement park with Ferrari Land is 20 minutes away.
Miami Playa is easily accessible via the A-7 and AP-7 motorways, from Karlsruhe approx. 1300 km, driving time approx. 12 hours, from the Spanish border there is currently no motorway toll.
The international airport of Barcelona is 120 km away. 30 km to Reus airport.

Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung, welche Sie in jedem Reisebüro abschließen können. Grundlage für die Berechnung der Rücktrittskosten ist das Datum des Posteingangs oder E-Mail-Eingangs beim Hausbesitzer oder seinem Bevollmächtigten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, daß der Mieter einen Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen stellt. In diesem Fall entfallen die Rücktrittsgebühren für den Zeitraum der Weitervermietung und es wird lediglich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € erhoben. Bereits geleistete Anzahlungen muß der Mieter mit dem Ersatzmieter verrechnen. b.) Stornierung oder Rücktritt bei einer Pandemie: Bei einer Grenzschließung von seitens der spanischen Regierung erhalten Sie Ihre Anzahlung unter Abzug einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € zurück. In allen anderen Fällen z. B. wegen einer Reisewarnung eines Landes außerhalb Spaniens, sowie persönlicher Angst oder nicht ausreichend geimpft sein eines Mitreisenden, gelten die obigen Rücktritts- und Stornobedingungen.

Casa Arabella
The house cannot be beat when it comes to amenities, cleanliness, and ambiance. The service could not be better either, as the landlords live less than a kilometer away and are always available. We are looking forward to our next vacation there!

Excellent
We felt very comfortable. The equipment of the house is very good. The garden is very well maintained and the pool is great. The bathrooms are also very nice. It takes 10 minutes to get to the city center. We will spend our next vacation here again.
