Cancellation terms:
Cancellation and Termination Policy: a.) The booking becomes legally effective upon receipt of the deposit within 7 days. The customer can cancel the contract at any time, but the cancellation must be in writing. The following cancellation fees will be retained by the service provider, based on the total rental price: - Cancellation up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price, - Cancellation 34 to 15 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price, - Cancellation 14 days to the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which can be obtained at any travel agency. The basis for calculating the cancellation costs is the date of receipt of mail or email at the homeowner or his representative. The tenant has the option to provide a replacement tenant under the same rental conditions. In this case, the cancellation fees for the period of re-letting are waived, and only a processing fee of €100.00 will be charged. Any deposits already made must be settled by the tenant with the replacement tenant. b.) Cancellation or withdrawal in the event of a pandemic: In the event of a border closure by the Spanish government, you will receive your deposit back minus a processing fee of €100.00. In all other cases, e.g. due to a travel warning from a country outside of Spain, as well as personal fear or unvaccinated status of a fellow traveler, the above cancellation and termination conditions apply.

Very relaxing three weeks of Spanish spring
A quietly located, very well maintained accommodation. Particularly noteworthy is the secure parking space for the car, the freely usable drinking water treatment plant and the always friendly landlords living in the neighbouring house.
I felt very comfortable. For cyclists, the accommodation offers good conditions as a starting point for rides into the mountainous and romantic hinterland.
There are also many sightseeing destinations in the vicinity of the village, which is conveniently located and well connected to the Spanish road network.
There is also no lack of well-run restaurants with delicious Spanish and international cuisine in the surrounding area.

Everything is fine!
Once again a wonderful holiday in a clean and very well equipped flat. The newly added pool enhances the house even more! There is really nothing missing here! Air conditioning, internet, everything at ground level, parking on the property, enough space and a super equipped kitchen! What more could you want?

This week was so great that we went back to Miami for another week in July.
We had a very nice stay in Miami - especially during Covid-19 times, you are well taken care of here.
We immediately booked another week in July with the landlords.

Well located. Shopping facilities close by. Beach can be reached quickly by car. Car can be parked on the property. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. But appears friendlier and bigger in reality. Very clean, top furnished. Nothing was missing. Very nice the liquid reception. Bathroom almost as good as new. Well-maintained dishes and cutlery. Rest at night available. Nice terrace with grill. A TV in every living room.
In short: we felt very comfortable. Thank you very much. Everything well maintained. Coffee lovers could choose between 2 machines and I found the third one. See you soon.

Always a pleasure
Very nice and well-maintained property, I stayed here with my wife and daughter and we felt very well taken care of. Not far to the restaurants and shopping, the beach is also easily accessible on foot. We will come back! Best regards to the landlord couple.

Freizeitparkt ca. 15 km, wandern in den Bergen, Radfahren, schwimmen, tauchen, und Reitmöglichkeit in der Nähe, außerdem mehrere schöne Golfplätze in der näheren Umgebung
