The holiday flat is approx. 55m² in size and is designed for 2 people plus an extra bed (cot). It has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchen.
The large garden has a seating area for breakfast in the green or for barbecuing in the evening. In calm corners you can linger in a deck chair. Fishing enthusiasts can fish directly from our jetty and sports fans can start from here with a boat or canoe they have brought with them or even a stand-up board.
Friends of the Baltic Sea can reach the seaside resorts, such as Zingst or Prerow, on a Ragweg or by car or bus. Here you can relax on long walks along the beach or swim in the Baltic Sea. In the summer months, various sports activities are offered.
You can also explore the Darß / Zingst by bicycle. Many excursion destinations, especially into nature and the small towns and villages, can be reached quickly. Nature spectacles such as the bird migration of the cranes can be observed every year
The town of Barth has a well-developed infrastructure with supermarkets, a shopping street, a harbour where you can take a boat trip or visit various restaurants. Museums and theatres are also inviting.

The holiday flat is located on the outskirts of the town towards Zingst, directly on the Barthe river.
It is a non-smoking flat, but smoking in the garden is possible.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 1 day before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 1 day before check-in, the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee will be refunded.
