Description
We are pleased to offer our holiday flat, which was converted and renovated in 2020, since July. The apartment is located in Sierksdorf and is situated in the west-facing Panoramic complex. 2 ½ rooms and a large, glazed balcony with a total of 54 m² offer spacious accommodation for up to 3 adults and 2 children (or 2+3). The bedroom is open to the living room, yet a partition wall provides privacy. The glazed balcony can be used in windy or cool weather, or can be opened completely. High-quality pleated blinds can prevent the flat from heating up in the afternoon hours. The unobstructed view of the Bay of Lübeck, Timmendorfer Strand and the sunset can only be spoiled by the weather on the 15th floor. The neighbouring Panoramic swimming hall is just a few steps away and a reserved parking space is available on the parking deck. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach, as well as to Hansapark.
New ()!!! The apartment now has an electric fireplace for cosiness at all times, and the TV can be rotated so it can be used from the bedroom and the living room.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment on the 15th floor of the Panoramic complex with integrated swimming pool is elevated and offers a fantastic view of the Bay of Lübeck with Timmendorfer Strand to the southwest. To the west over the Holstein fields and through a side window to the north and east over the Hansapark to the Bungsberg, the highest elevation in Schleswig-Holstein, as well as the eastern beach.
The newly built path to the beach can be covered in about 5 minutes. It is just as far to the main entrance of the Hansa Park and its side entrance. To the north of the Bay of Lübeck lies Neustadt and to the south Haffkrug, Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf.

Even in autumn, a beautiful vacation
At the beginning of autumn, one can also have a nice little vacation here. The apartment is clean and very well maintained. We like coming here and would gladly come again :)

Once again top
For the second time this year, my son and I had the pleasure of being guests in this beautiful vacation apartment. The top location for Hansa Park fans is of course perfect. But the apartment is also so beautifully and lovingly furnished that you feel at home; everything you need is there. Clean and well-maintained. The warm and friendly landlords are the icing on the cake. A completely successful vacation. Thank you very much, dear Groote family.

Dreamlike accommodation
The Groote couple warmly welcomed us and explained everything very friendly and in detail. The apartment is spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished with beautiful details, and nothing is missing. Here, you can arrive and feel at home. You can see sunrises and sunsets fantastically (even from the bed). For amusement park lovers, this accommodation is like winning the lottery, as HansaPark is right next door. We will come back.
