Our house is located in one of Austria’s most fascinating natural paradises – in the Tyrolean Pitztal with the highest mountain in Tyrol, the Wildspitze ( m)
The group hotel offers space for up to 47 people and, if needed, additional rooms can be rented in the neighboring house. Our spacious game room with billiards, darts, table tennis, and table football, as well as the home cinema room for meetings or movie nights, are extremely popular. In WINTER we offer countless possibilities:
• 100% snow guarantee from September to May! ! • Central location to the three ski areas Pitztal Glacier & Rifflsee (10 km) and Hochzeiger ski area (16 km)
• free ski bus throughout the entire valley (stop directly in front of the house)
• two ski storage rooms with boot dryers

In SUMMER we rent our house only to self-catering groups! • large beautiful garden with beach volleyball court, trampoline, flying fox, table tennis table, swings, slide, slackline, ninjaline, …

• free swimming lake and Kneipp facility only 1 km away
• large football field with artificial turf only 1 km away

The rooms are equipped with a washbasin. Most rooms have a balcony (south side and west side).
Each floor has 4 spacious, individually lockable shower cabins available.
There are 6 toilets on the floors.
Additionally, rooms no. 201, 202, and 203 are equipped with shower/WC.
There is a large dining hall with a small house bar and two interconnected dining rooms in Tyrolean style (Stüberln). The small rooms are optimally suited for a chat in a small group or a cozy game night. In total, there are seats available for 75 people.
Our well-equipped catering kitchen promises spaciousness with its 50m². Available are: electric stove with 4 burners, convection oven with steam function, 2 large refrigerators, a freezer, storage cabinets, microwave, household coffee machines, Nespresso machine, pots, pans, grill plate, dishes, cutlery, knives, dishwasher, vegetable slicer, sausage slicer, bread slicer, deep fryer.
Fresh bread is delivered directly to your doorstep by our baker. Food can also be ordered from our bulk suppliers. There is also a small grocery store in the village for basic necessities. Throughout the entire holiday home, you have the best spring water. LEISURE AND EXCURSION OPPORTUNITIES IN WINTER:
