On an 800 sqm private plot, this well-maintained, air-conditioned house is located on the edge of the Montgó nature reserve, with a fantastic view of the sea and the city.
The holiday home is situated in the villa area Marquesa. The enclosed property is located in a cul-de-sac. The garden is landscaped with palm trees and a variety of other Mediterranean plants. You reach the house via the entrance gate or through the idyllic garden area with the 7 x 4 meter private pool, which offers you pure bathing pleasure. An outdoor shower provides refreshment in between. For convenient entry, the pool has been equipped with Roman steps. Sun loungers are available on the pool terrace for your relaxation. You will also find shady spots under the large, covered terrace by the house with a view of the pool and the adjacent nature reserve. An outdoor grill is available for you in a walled patio at the rear of the garden. There is also a seating area inviting you to linger. The holiday home is also well suited for a stay on hot summer days, as the living room and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Bringing pets is only possible by prior arrangement. The holiday home is divided into a living-dining room with satellite TV, internet access via WIFI and air conditioning, as well as access to the pool area and the courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 refrigerators, one of which has a freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, and everything you need for cooking. Via a staircase with 5 steps, you reach the hallway leading to the bedrooms and the three bathrooms. Three double bedrooms are available, each equipped with air conditioning. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, another has two single beds, and the third has a French bed. For a rental with 8 people, a studio with another double bedroom can be rented on the lower level of the house, accessible via an external staircase. This also has air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and WC. If the studio is not rented together, it will remain locked during your rental and guarantees possibilities, bars and restaurants can be reached at about 2.5 km distance, the city is 3 km away, the sea is 4 km away. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
