Description
This well-kept private villa is located in the quiet villa area of Marquesa on the foothills of Montgó, Denia's local mountain. The entire property is for your exclusive use, so that you can spend an undisturbed holiday here. The 800 sqm private plot is completely enclosed. A covered parking space (carport) is available for sun-protected parking. A total of two cars can be parked on the property. You can access the property through a wide access gate and through a wrought-iron garden gate. The pool measures 9 x 4 metres and is equipped with Roman steps for easy entry and exit. It has a particularly skin-friendly filter system, which is operated almost without chlorine. With the pool lighting, you can still enjoy swimming fun in the dark. There are 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols at the pool as well as an outdoor seating area. An outdoor shower hot/cold provides a short cooling down in between.
The villa has a living area of 110 sqm and is divided as follows:
covered, glazed house terrace with seating area and sea view
a combined living-dining room with air conditioning, SAT-TV, internet connection via Wifi, fireplace and exit to the terrace and pool
the windows are equipped with fly screens
extensively equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine
1 bedroom with double bed (mattress size 180 x 200 cm), air conditioning and shutters on the windows

1 bathroom with shower and WC

Washing machine, iron and ironing board are part of the extensive equipment
In the cooler season the house can be heated with the solar system (the solar collectors are located on the carport) if there is enough sunshine. The solar system stores the hot water and then pumps it into the radiator. If there is little sun, the radiator can be connected to the electricity. Furthermore, the air conditioners and the wood-burning fireplace can be used.
Large supermarkets such as Mercadona, Lidl and Carrefour are approx. 2.5 km away, the town centre of Denia is approx. 3 km away and the sandy beach approx. 3.5 km.
