The detached villa is situated on a large, enclosed private property in a quiet scenic area in a rural setting, within the residential area Marquesa. Various terraces offer different impressions and invite you to enjoy the beautiful panorama. A gas grill is available for cozy barbecue evenings. In the evening, there is also a beautiful view of the illuminated castle and the sea of lights of the city.
On the large sun terrace, sun loungers and various seating groups are available for you. A large gas grill also invites you to cozy barbecue evenings by the pool. A pergola also offers shady lounging options. The private pool is 5 x 10 meters in size and is equipped with Roman steps for your convenient entry.
Thanks to a special filtration system, the water is chlorine-free and thus particularly skin-friendly and also suitable for allergy sufferers and small children. The outdoor shower has a solar cell for warmer water, so you can comfortably shower here.
The air-conditionable villa is divided into 2 separate apartments. It is always available for your exclusive use.
With an occupancy of 8 people, both apartments are available for you.
With an occupancy of up to 4 people, either the upper apartment or the lower apartment can be provided. One of the apartments then remains locked and guaranteed unoccupied.
Thus, the entire property is always at your exclusive disposal. The upper apartment is divided into a spacious living-dining room with large panoramic windows offering a 180-degree view of the Montgo, the city and the castle of Denia, up to the sea, and a forward gallery with another dining table. SAT-TV, stereo system and air conditioning are available. An internet connection can be used for a *fee. The kitchen is extensively equipped with a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and fridge-freezer combination.
A large double bedroom with air conditioning (bed 1.60 m wide) including a dressing room with two armchairs and a beautiful en suite bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and an adjoining terrace. A second double bedroom with air conditioning and another bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet are available. All windows are equipped with fly screens. A washing machine is available.
The lower living level has its own terrace area. Here too, you are accompanied by the beautiful view of the sea. Two air conditioners ensure a comfortable room temperature on this floor as well.
The lower apartment has a cozy living room with satellite TV and a dining area with terrace exit to the pool, as well as a nearly new fitted kitchen. Internet access is available for a fee. Here are 2 double bedrooms available for you. One is equipped with a 1.60 m wide double bed and has its own en-suite bathroom. Another double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower and toilet are ready. Two air conditioners ensure comfortable room temperatures.
Bringing a small dog is allowed. For the cooler season, there is gas central heating. The property includes enclosed parking spaces and a carport. It is approximately 3 km to the city center, about 4 km to the sea, shopping facilities are about 1.5 km away, and it is about 1 km to bars/restaurants.
