Description
The family house is located on the Montgo and has from the terrace a beautiful sea view.
When you enter the house you are in the living room with dining area from where you can go to the kitchen. The bedroom with the double bed has a private bathroom with washing machine (laundry spindle is available).
The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. There is a full bath with two sinks Between the two bedrooms.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a quiet street. By car it is in about 8 minutes in the city center of Denia. Denia is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea, has a very beautiful harbor and you can dine and watch the boats at the finish. The downtown area is very comfortable, you can sit comfortably in the many street cafes or go shopping comfortably. Denia has a very long beach you can walk kilometers long. There is also near a natural beach where you can very good diving and snorkelling. Shops are plentiful (Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Consum, etc.). On Fridays you can visit a farmers market in front of the market hall and buy fresh produce.

Great holiday flat, great location
We spent 14 days in the beautiful holiday home. We wanted for nothing during the 14 days. A large living, dining area offers enough space for everyone. The 3 bedrooms are also large enough. Plaster, sewing kit, board games, ironing board, etc.. Everything is available. The spacious terrace offers a beautiful view of Denia and the sea. In the back the mighty Montgo. The sea, town and shopping facilities are within easy reach. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend the holiday home and would be happy to come back ourselves.

Endlich 'Sommer!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Casa Wolfi ebenfalls sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Berg mit einem atemberaubenden Blick hinunter über spanische Häuser, Palmen, Pinien, blühendem Oleander und üppige Bougainvillea bis hinunter zum Meer. Weitab von großen Hotelburgen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und sehr gut ausgestattet - es fehlte an nichts. Wie schon erwähnt, ist die herrliche Terrasse für uns Haupt-Aufenthaltsort gewesen, mal im Schatten, teils auch in der Sonne - alles war möglich. Der Ort Denia ist sehr malerisch, hat nette Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen wunderbaren Strand mit herrlichem, warmem(!) Mittelmeer - einfach traumhaft. In der näheren und auch etwas weiteren Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Ausflugsziele. Allerdings - ohne Auto ist das nicht möglich. Dafür sind die Entfernungen zu groß, allerdings hat man im Haus, wenn man wieder zurück ist, dann eine wunderbare Ruhe und Entspannung. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern nicht so gut geeignet. Es sind ganz sicher wunderschöne Wandertouren möglich - das Haus lilegt ja am Berg, aber zu unserer Aufenthaltszeit war es für größere Unternehmungen zu heiß.
Wir haben uns durch die Betreuung durch den Verwalter des Hauses sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, es klappte alles und wir erhielten so manchen nützlichen Tipp!

Ein wundervoller Urlaub in Denia Südspanien
Wir waren überwiegend mit zwei Ehepaare im Haus.
Die Aufteilung und Lage der Zimmer bietet idealer Weise eine gewisse Privatheit, dadurch, dass zwei Schlafräume jeweils ein eigenes Badezimmer haben.
Zentral liegt das Wohnzimmer von dem die einzelnen Räume abgehen, einschließlich einer großzügig ausgestatteten Küche, mit allem was man benötigt.
Begeistert hat uns die große geschützte Terrasse. Dort hielten wir uns wetterbedingt am häufigsten auf. Durch die Konstruktion kann man über den Tag einen beschatteten und einen sonnigen Bereich wählen.
Der Blick auf die Umgebung mit den schönen Häusern, der südlichen, üppigen Vegetation einschließlich der Pinien und Palmen war atemberaubend.
Da das Haus am Hang des Berges gebaut ist und in einer entsprechenden Höhe über Denis liegt, lässt sich die sommerliche Wärme dort sehr gut ertragen.
Die Entfernung zur Stadt ist am besten mit einem motorisierten Gefährt zu überwinden. Der Fußweg wäre im Sommer zu beschwerlich.
In der Stadt git es alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt, dazu einen langen Strand der vom Massentourismus bis zur Einsamkeit alles bietet, eben Costa Blanca.
Eine herrliche Zeit in einem schönen Ferienhaus und einer freundlichen Fürsorge durch den Verwalter, liegt leider jetzt hinter uns. Danke, Spanien, danke Denia und danke Casa-Wolfi
