Description

The flat has a special character and is furnished with loving details in every nook and cranny. Living in a feel-good atmosphere with a special flair. A long hallway welcomes you with simple elegance. Equipped with modern wardrobe, light fittings and floor tiles. Through it you reach all the rooms of your holiday flat, first of all the bedroom. A double bed, shelves, a linen chest and a wardrobe are ready for you. From the bed you can watch the boats of the small marina, marvel at the moon in the evening sky or comfortably "browse" interesting things. Pleated blinds and external venetian blinds guarantee you privacy. There is a high-quality TV in the bedroom, and the same applies to the living room. You can separate the living room from the kitchen with a sliding door
In the tiled bathroom you will find a beautiful sanitary facility at ground level and a spacious shower with accessories for your refreshment. Make yourself at home. The kitchen with access to the loggia is located at the end of the hall. There you have the possibility to linger on leather stools at the counter or on the loggia in your comfortable lounge furniture. In cooler temperatures, you are welcome to use the radiant heater on the loggia. This way you can still enjoy the good North Sea air
In the living room you will find a sofa, a leather armchair and another dining table with wonderfully comfortable leather chairs. Light fixtures in all living niches are available for your needs. We have put together further interiors for you, let us surprise you. Tableware from our German manufacturer Dibbern and Sylt souvenirs will brighten up your hours. Other highlights, such as the daybed, make sitting a pleasure. A game in the evening or a reading can be enjoyed in a pleasant way
There is a wooden floor in the living room and bedroom, and tiles in the other rooms. Underfloor heating is also available

By the way, in the household room of the flat there is a washing machine and accessories and next to the house at ground level there is a large storage room for accessories, bicycles and much more. A parking space belongs to the flat and is located directly in front of the house entrance.

Location and surroundings of object

Our oasis of well-being is located on the Landwehr Canal and meets a variety of needs thanks to its quiet location. Those interested in ships get their money's worth here, because you are virtually surrounded by boats. Sometimes you can hear the ship's signals, namely when a ship and its helmsman have decided to glide out to sea. The pier, about a 5-minute walk from your domicile, opens up for this and the view is simply special. The holiday flat is located away from the mass flow and yet centrally, in a newly developed small and individual area of the marina. A small new world is developing there on the various headlands, with restaurants and outlets, boat accessories and stalls from A to Z. A Caribbean mile is being created there. A Caribbean mile is also being created there. Culinary temptations. You can walk to the pilot quarter in just a few minutes. Restaurants, shops and bicycle rental are in the immediate vicinity. Of course, we have prepared a small compilation of some tips for you in our domicile. Grimmershörnbucht, a green beach with beach chairs, is a 10-minute walk away. The sandy beaches are 15 minutes away by bike. Find your favourite spot by the sea or chill out in our comfortable daybed on the loggia. The German Maritime Museum is within walking distance, as are the many small restaurants. The harbour is also nearby and you can cross over to Helgoland, Sylt or marvel at the seal banks. Bremerhaven is definitely worth a visit and the entire area around Cuxhaven is worth a trip.

Cancellation terms:

Here is the translation: 25% of the travel price, the deposit, will be charged as a cancellation fee 42 days before arrival. 50% of the travel price 32 days before arrival. 75% of the travel price 22 days before arrival, and the total travel price 7 days before arrival. A processing fee of 39 euros will be charged once in every case.

You also have a view of two tidal flats and can admire the boats as they leave the tidal flats
Inside the flat you have the possibility to watch TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Nearby you will find bicycle rental, restaurants, supermarkets and many curiosities to discover. In old warehouses you can rummage and find bargains from ship accessories to souvenirs
In winter you can enjoy a culinary pleasure tour by bike or be enchanted by the Christmas market in December at Ritzenbüttel Castle. Cuxhaven's Duhnen offers equally wonderful festive days in December. Cuxhaven is simply much more than the sea
After a wonderful winter walk, you can sit down at the radiant heater on the loggia and listen to the signals of the ships sailing out to sea while sipping a hot drink. Just make yourself comfortable, perhaps with a book from our small library. We have also put together a selection of cushions for you as well as a small library.

Great holiday apartment

We had a very nice week in this really great vacation apartment. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The view from the windows is simply beautiful overlooking the marina, and you can also enjoy the balcony even in rainy weather; the daybed and the chairs are very cozy. The elevator in the building is super practical, as is the location of the apartment. Restaurants, bakeries, etc. are very quickly reachable on foot. All in all, a top-equipped holiday apartment that we would book again at any time.

Top apartment

Excellent apartment in a great location. Within walking distance to the pilot district and the pedestrian zone. Bus stop reachable in 5 minutes. Coffee roastery and restaurants (fish restaurants) and sea museum in the old harbor. We will come back.

Dream vacation !!

This vacation rental is simply perfect. Nothing is missing and the icing on the cake is the view from the window. We felt immediately comfortable in this vacation rental, as if we were at home. We are already looking forward to our next holiday and hope to be able to rent this apartment more often. What particularly struck us was, by the way, I would like to mention, how quiet the location is, even though it's close to the city. The Old Love, the Pilot Quarter, or the pedestrian zone are easily reachable on foot. A special thank you goes to the landlords who were always available to answer questions.

Top accommodation

We have been going to Cux annually since 1982. This year we stayed at the accommodation right by the harbor.

Great!

We didn't miss anything here. Everything necessary was already taken care of upon arrival, so no stress for us. Great idea, and the small donation box is a great solution ;-). Different pillows to choose from, the entire apartment is very nicely furnished, we really liked it.

The location to the harbor and the city is perfect, bus connections are great!

Oasis of well-being!

Here you immediately feel comfortable. High-quality and tastefully furnished holiday apartment with a great view and a nice ambiance.
I have already spent my second vacation here and it was wonderful and very relaxing again. Even with mobility restrictions, you can enjoy a relaxed vacation here, as the apartment is barrier-free, the parking lot is right in front of the door, and many things are easily and quickly accessible. The beautiful pilot district, just around the corner, a restaurant opposite, and others in the immediate vicinity.
Uncomplicated and friendly contact with the landlords.

Highly recommended!

This well-maintained flat is suitable for 1 to 2 people to chill out and as a base for versatile activities. It leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings and construction. The location is great, harbours, Alte Liebe, pilot quarter, train station and pedestrian zone are within walking distance. Even the public transport to the spa areas and beaches is good enough to leave the car in its own parking space.

Bookings are made directly with the flat owner, contact is quick and good.

Actually, everything has already been said here about this beautiful apartment. However, we also want to share our enthusiasm: This vacation rental has been furnished with a lot of love and even more taste - mind you, by the owners themselves! Furniture, lamps, kitchen, appliances - all of the finest quality! Lovingly, stylishly, and absolutely comfortable. Modern, yet warm and super tasteful. The apartment may be "only" 60 square meters, but it feels much larger and more spacious. One would like to live here forever! The house is brand new, everything has been thought of. Well-maintained, clean, and also very suitable for those who are not so good at walking. Absolutely a VERY successful choice! Also, very, very well located - in one direction, you are in the city in 2 minutes, in the other, you are at the Alte Liebe in 3 minutes, and directly opposite, you are practically immediately in the beautiful Lotsenviertel (with, among other things,). Most delicious cappuccino and pastries at the coffee roastery! Anytime again! Many thanks to the hosts/landlords, who were always reachable immediately and uncomplicated by the way. Wellness holiday :)

The holiday apartment is a dream and the location right by the water is really chic...the view from the living room and bedroom is fantastic :)...but also from the terrace, you can see numerous boats, and because we could sit outside every day both in the morning and evening, we could really enjoy our time there!!!...the landlords are very nice and totally uncomplicated :)...the apartment is exactly as described - nothing is missing, and we can only highly recommend it!!!

Maritime vacation

Due to its location near the harbor, the maritime relationship is already established, one can reach the beach in a few minutes on foot or by car. The apartment is well-equipped, nothing is lacking. Highly recommended.

We loved the furnishings of the apartment and the location in Cuxhaven. The apartment is new, offers all comforts, and matches the description. Super beautiful and great location at the marina

The apartment is beautiful, very new, modern, and high quality furnished. We felt very comfortable and could relax. Our personal highlight was the view of the small marina. We discovered Cuxhaven from a different perspective. The apartment is simply great if you want to relax and go to the sea.
Really 100% recommended!

Super schöne Wohnung

I can only recommend this vacation rental. Everything is new, very clean, and well-equipped. The surroundings are perfect for strolling, and the harbor and the beach are also quickly accessible. Very convenient that the parking space is right in front of the house. The uncomplicated check-in/check-out was also great. Unfortunately, the stay was too short, but I will come back.

The vacation apartment leaves nothing to be desired! Completely new, tastefully and high-quality furnished, everything has been thought of.
