Description
The holiday flat is located at ground level in the rear building of the Parkresidenz Sanssouci - a central yet quiet location in the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom.
The bright living room is modern and comfortably furnished. Through the large window front you look out over the terrace into the greenery. The terrace is partially covered and sheltered from the wind, surrounded by green hedges. Thanks to the south-west orientation, you can enjoy the sun from late morning until evening. Relax with a cup of tea and a good book or enjoy TV entertainment with home cinema sound.
The modern, comfortable kitchenette is integrated into the living room as an open kitchen and offers a 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment. Of course, sufficient crockery and cooking utensils as well as spices and tea are available.
The separate small bedroom has 2 sleeping places in the double bed with reversible mattresses in 2 degrees of hardness. If required, the sofa bed in the living room (approx. 200 x 140 cm) can easily be converted into an extra bed
In the bathroom there is a shower with shallow access, WC and washbasin.
The flat has a parking space on the Parkresidenz grounds.
Baby equipment (baby bath, high chair, toilet seat and step) are available.

Zinnowitz is located between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, nestled in deciduous and coniferous forests. The white, fine-sand beach is gently sloping and stretches for 42 km along the coast - ideal for long walks on the beach.
Zinnowitz itself offers a wide range of cultural and sporting activities and a good infrastructure, theatre, cinema and the Bernsteintherme spa. A variety of events such as concerts, competitions or markets take place all year round. Due to the central location at the Kulturhauspark, everything is within walking distance - beach, cinema, theatre, tennis court, restaurants, supermarkets, doctors...

Wellness oasis
We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment; everything we needed was available. It is very central, so everything was within walking distance. The weather also cooperated; we were able to explore everything from morning until evening. We also enjoyed the fairy-tale magic, along with a mulled wine, perfect.

Again and again gladly and very satisfied
By now, I don't even know how many times I've been to the holiday apartment Meerlavendel of the Schwonke family. One thing I can say for sure: it won't be the last time. For my dog Candy and me, it's almost like "coming home." We feel completely comfortable and have nothing to complain about: the beds are great, the living room cozy, the terrace a dream, and the proximity to the sea, center, train station, and shopping opportunities is perfect!

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, die wir allerdings so nicht nachvollziehen können. Die niedrige Bewertung im Bereich Sauberkeit erscheint uns nicht gerechtfertigt, wenn es sich, wie Sie auf Nachfrage angaben, nur um Schmutz unter dem Schuhregal handelt. ("Im Zimmer und Küche sowie Bad und WC war alles ok aber im Flur unter dem Schuhregal war es nicht sauber." )
Wir haben unseren Reinigungsservice auf diese Unzulänglichkeit hingewiesen und hoffen, dass, wenn Sie im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen, alles perfekt ist.

Vacation with Dog
We booked relatively last minute for Pentecost. The communication with the Schwonke family was perfect and super friendly. The apartment is very nice. The amenities include everything you need. The location is top, just a few minutes to the beach or the spa area. The Edeka right next door did not bother us, but we are also not sensitive to noise. The key handover is done via a code, and the communication with the service on-site was all very nice. We would love to come back.
