Description
The holiday flat is located at ground level in the rear building of the Parkresidenz Sanssouci - a central yet quiet location in the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom.
The bright living room is modern and comfortably furnished. Through the large window front you look out over the terrace into the greenery. The terrace is partially covered and sheltered from the wind, surrounded by green hedges. Thanks to the south-west orientation, you can enjoy the sun from late morning until evening. Relax with a cup of tea and a good book or enjoy TV entertainment with home cinema sound.
The modern, comfortable kitchenette is integrated into the living room as an open kitchen and offers a 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment. Of course, sufficient crockery and cooking utensils as well as spices and tea are available.
The separate small bedroom has 2 sleeping places in the double bed with reversible mattresses in 2 degrees of hardness. If required, the sofa bed in the living room (approx. 200 x 140 cm) can easily be converted into an extra bed
In the bathroom there is a shower with shallow access, WC and washbasin.
The flat has a parking space on the Parkresidenz grounds.

Zinnowitz is located between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, nestled in deciduous and coniferous forests. The white, fine-sand beach is gently sloping and stretches for 42 km along the coast - ideal for long walks on the beach.
Zinnowitz itself offers a wide range of cultural and sporting activities and a good infrastructure, theatre, cinema and the Bernsteintherme spa. A variety of events such as concerts, competitions or markets take place all year round. Due to the central location at the Kulturhauspark, everything is within walking distance - beach, cinema, theatre, tennis court, restaurants, supermarkets, doctors...

Great holiday apartment
We were allowed to spend 1 week in this great vacation apartment. It had everything you need. Great, central location but still quiet. We would gladly come back.

Wellness oasis
We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment; everything we needed was available. It is very central, so everything was within walking distance. The weather also cooperated; we were able to explore everything from morning until evening. We also enjoyed the fairy-tale magic, along with a mulled wine, perfect.

Again and again gladly and very satisfied
By now, I don't even know how many times I've been to the holiday apartment Meerlavendel of the Schwonke family. One thing I can say for sure: it won't be the last time. For my dog Candy and me, it's almost like "coming home." We feel completely comfortable and have nothing to complain about: the beds are great, the living room cozy, the terrace a dream, and the proximity to the sea, center, train station, and shopping opportunities is perfect!

Die niedrige Bewertung im Bereich Sauberkeit erscheint uns nicht gerechtfertigt, wenn es sich, wie Sie auf Nachfrage angaben, nur um Schmutz unter dem Schuhregal handelt. ("Im Zimmer und Küche sowie Bad und WC war alles ok aber im Flur unter dem Schuhregal war es nicht sauber." )
Wir haben unseren Reinigungsservice auf diese Unzulänglichkeit hingewiesen und hoffen, dass, wenn Sie im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen, alles perfekt ist.

Die Betten sind super, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich, die Terrasse ein Traum und die Nähe zum Meer, Zentrum, Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung enthält alles was man braucht.
Die Lage ist Top, in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder dem Kurplatz.
Dr Edeka direkt daneben hat uns nicht gestört, allerdings sind wir auch nicht lärmempfindlich.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt mittels Zahlencode und die Kommunikation mit dem Service vor Ort alles super nett.
Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schon beim hereinkommen merkte man, dass diese in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand ist.
Unserer Meinung nach fehlte es an nichts,von genügend Geschirr über Küchengeräte und Tee, Gewürze, Filtertüten, für die Vierbeiner Näpfe und wer leicht fröstelt genügend Decken. Auch ein Schrank mit Bücher und Spiele ist vorhanden. Wir hatten viel zu viel mitgenommen, beim nächsten Mal wissen wir es. Denn wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles was man braucht gleich rundherum und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit.
Wer wie wir mit offenen Fenster schläft, ein kleiner Tipp, 4Uhr morgens zu machen, dann hört man nichts mehr. Denn nebenan der EDEKA Markt und die Apotheke werden ab da beliefert, doch wie gesagt, ab dem zweiten Tag wussten wir es und es war kein Problem. Wir können diese Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
Die Wohnung dafür in absolut günstiger Citylage, sehr sauber, top ausgestattet,hat uns an nichts gefehlt . Abgeschlossener Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, super!

sowohl mein Hund als auch ich hatten 4 wunderbare Tage in Ihrer Ferienwohnung! Wir lieben die Lage, alles hat wunderbar funktioniert und es gibt nichts zu meckern. Nur eine kleine Anmerkung: vielleicht wäre ein neuer Duschkopf mal eine Überlegung wert.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Dank Ihrer schönen Ferienwohnung hatte ich gemeinsam mit meinem Sohn ein paar sehr schöne Tage.
Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert.
Besonders hervorheben kann man die gute Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bereits früh noch vor dem Frühstück ging es gemeinsam mit unseren Hund an die Ostsee die in 5 min erreichbar war. Einfach ein Traum, umso schwerer viel uns der Abschied. Gern wären wir noch geblieben. Eins steht fest wir kommen wieder. Da wir lange noch nicht alles erkundet haben.

Alles "wichtige" zu Fuß zu erreichen, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bahnhof. Wenn man so will ist alles gleich "um die Ecke" .
Man kann sogar seinem Auto mal Erholung gönnen, das steht sicher auf dem Stellplatz direkt im Objekt. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt mehr braucht man eigentlich nicht. An die Geräusche der Warenanlieferung im benachbarten Edeka haben wir uns nach 2-3 Tagen gewöhnt. Ansonsten kann Ich die Fewo nur weiterempfehlen. P.S. wir kommen wieder :-) .
