Arrive, breathe deeply, relax – welcome to the holiday apartment “Auszeit am See,” the ideal place to unwind and feel good. The residential complex directly on Lake Scharmützelsee offers its own jetty with two bathing ladders, a large sunbathing lawn, and a barbecue area by the water.
The light-flooded holiday apartment extends over two levels with a spacious living area and a sleeping area on the gallery. There are two balconies facing south and west. The open living area is furnished with a cozy sofa corner. The modern, internet-enabled television, Blu-ray player as well as books and games invite you to spend relaxing hours. On cool evenings, the fireplace can provide a cozy atmosphere.
In the other part of the living area is the kitchen with a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Of course, sufficient dishes as well as a basic supply of spices and tea are available.
A spiral staircase leads to the gallery, where a comfortable double bed ensures restful sleep. Here there is a small television and a radio. From the gallery, there is a side view of Lake Scharmützel.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The apartment includes an underground parking space; public parking is within walking distance. The holiday apartment is ideally suited for two people. For a third and fourth person, an extra bed on the sofa bed in the living area is possible.
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for small children due to the spiral staircase to the bedroom.

The holiday apartment is located in the oldest part of Bad Saarow, Saarow Dorf, on a very idyllic and quietly situated peninsula. The well-kept property on the west side of Lake Scharmützelsee has its own lake access with a bathing jetty and a sunbathing lawn directly by the lake. From there, a fantastic view opens up of the Kleine and Große Werl – the two islands of Lake Scharmützelsee. The property is built with three villas, the apartment is located on the second floor of Villa I. Surrounded by forests, moors, and lakes, far from hustle and stress, you can relax and recharge wonderfully here.
The town center with restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached in just a few minutes by car or bicycle.
The elegant villa district of the charming spa town Bad Saarow or the beautifully designed spa park invite you to relaxing walks. A steamboat trip or a rented boat allow you to explore Lake Scharmützel from a new perspective.

Vacation by the lake
Great holiday apartment directly by the lake with a boat dock and beautiful lawn, quietly located so you can really unwind. Bringing bicycles is also no problem as there is an underground garage for cars and bikes.

This FW is looking for its equal.
I actually wanted to search for a vacation for October online and found a last-minute 4-day vacation with a 20% discount.
I looked at pictures of the apartment and the surrounding area and booked after consulting with the landlord.
It is a completely, very lovingly, tastefully, and cleanly furnished apartment. The kitchen has everything you need and even more than elsewhere. The living room is very cozy. I hope that future vacationers leave this great apartment in this condition so that others can enjoy and use it as well.
The landlords are super nice and reachable by email or phone in case of "emergency."
I also slept very well in the big bed upstairs. I would have liked to extend... . . . . . .
But we are coming back in October. Excited***I would say, a little in love. ;-))
The surroundings invite you to go for a walk or ride a bike. Bad Saarow can be reached by car in about 5-8 minutes. There you will also find restaurants, a coffee roastery with tastings (coffee and cake), and a boat dock with excursions.
Everything is great all around.
I am already looking forward to my next vacation with you and my little dog Chico.
